1 /5 quan johnson: I believe that when you call and speak to someone its simple curtosey to say hold for a moment. Not just transfer someone over and act as if your computer is messing up. I received a call regarding my account and I paid it. However, whomever the representative was said their computer was messing up and tried to blindside me by transferring me over to their other branch. I had no clue who was on the other line. Im not a rude or disrespectful person but that was a bit tacky. Nonetheless, I just thought Id make mention of how far courtesy along with customer service will go. Im not a kid and I would have been fine conversing with whomever, please think of how your actions can make someone feel. Being considerate only takes a moment.
