Deborah Ingram: The experience eas the worst Ive ever had with any insurance company. You would have thought the accident was my fault by the way they treated me The adjuster who paid my claim was a nightmare and caused me so much undue stress I cant even explain it. Then to add salt to the wounds she called me at 7:00 a.m. yesterday days later after I accepted the check asking me if I still wanted to buy my car back and then telling me I couldnt. When all along she knew I wanted my car back it shouldnt have never been totaled. Miss Jones out of the Macon ,Ga office made my experience horrible, it should have been cleared up before Christmas. I was hit by their insured person totally her fault you would have thought they would have treated me a little better. I would never ever even want insurance with farm bureau after dealing with this woman. I dont even know how someone this bad with people even has a job this big.

Thomas Dawson: They have had my insurance for almost 30 years now and have always steered me in the best direction not only for price but value. They even evaluated my insurance needs a few years back and saved me around $3,000 for better coverage with a better name in the insurance business. They have also helped me with a real-estate sale. A solid honest response to one question is the reason I signed the contract for them to sell my property. Using all their resources an honest signed contract in no time. My children and Brother in law have become customers as well.

Joey Brady: I wouldnt do business with this company based in anyway, shape, form or fashion simply based off the service I received from the UPS aspect of this company. DO NOT USE THE UPS SERVICE associated with this place. They are uneducated on their abilities in shipping UPS. I called to discuss a next day air delivery using my employers UPS account number IN FULL DETAIL PRIOR to driving to Hawkinsville from Cochran. I was told there would be absolutely no issues shipping it out on my employers account number with no cost to me like Ive did a 100 times at real UPS Stores. Of course that wasnt the case. Upon arrival, they couldnt do this using an account number & it was $63, out of my pocket, to mail an envelope. Thats specifically is why my employer has a UPS account to avoid overcharged freight & receive the discounted charge we receive given we ship 1000s of orders with UPS daily. I was told the employee I spoke with over the phone was unaware of their UPS policy. Call me crazy but maybe hes not the right person to answer UPS questions if hes unaware of their policies until hes trained. Im sorry but an apology just wasnt good enough. I would have certainly drove to another UPS facility if time would have allowed. If it was an untrained employee, they should have stepped up at the least & discounted the freight charge because it was their mistake & not mine. I work with an extremely large customer base daily & mistakes do happen. I understand that but I also understand that its how you step up to correct mistakes when they happen that define you as an individual & as a company. In this case, there was no stepping up, only back pedaling.
