Farmers Insurance - Jeremy Hogsed - Hiawassee Jesse Hale: Jeremy Hogsed is not a good agent. He does not return calls or respond promptly to emails. When you go by his office, to take care of business in person, he rambles with conversation and it takes forever to get business done and move on with your day. I canceled and left Farmers, and Jeremy, last year...Fast Forward to today. Lat year, on August 18, 2024, I sent Jeremy an email asking him to cancel our Homeowners policy, since frankly it had increased from $3300 to $4400. So, today, I received an email from Farmers notifying me that the premium had not been paid...Yes, on the policy I cancelled a year ago. When I engaged with Jeremy, it was because I wanted to keep my business local, but clearly, he is incompetent and does not respond to his clients needs. Id recommend anybody else and any other company, other than Farmers.
