Douglas Fuller Morey Insurance Agency provides me with home and auto insurance. Theres a lot of things I like about this agency, but the best would have to be the people. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I honestly cant think of anything they could do better!

Deja Worst company Ive ever been with. I wanted to cancel my insurance and go to a better company so I called to see when was the lasted I could drop without being charged. The lady I spoke with told be by the 31st because my bill was not due until the 5th. So I dropped my insurance and they still billed me! I called to see why and basically the first lady gave me the wrong information and so I was still being charged and there was nothing they could do. So I was still billed because I was given the wrong info. I would not recommend this company!

Suzi Flanders My husband and I dealt with State Farm for many years. Then Derrell Spikes opened his Farmers building and my husband immediately left State Farm and went to Farmers. Not only were Farmers premiums much lower than State Farm, they were much friendlier and helpful. My husband died 18 month ago and I liked Farmers so much (because they were so helpful with the paperwork that had to be done), that I stayed with Derrell for all of my insurance coverage and never regretted my decision. If I could give Farmers and Derrell Spikes a 10, I’d do it because they’re the best!!

Robin Gibbs The coverage is good and agents are very nice. However, they will not do anything to change due dates if your circumstances change. As a customer of over twenty years I really did not appreciate all the ridiculous price increases. It was every policy.
