2 /5 Catherine Hansen: I called Susan De Vries in advance to inform her that I had put in a request to switch to her agency from an Atlanta based State Farm as I live here in Hiawassee. I was informed by her that she would give me a call as soon as the info arrived in her office (which was due to take only a day or two) - I never received a call! A week later I called - was told she was unavailable - another agent took a message - still, no return call! Two and one half weeks later, I get a call from this office due to "policy issues" ?! I am not impressed so far!!! Ive given them the lowest rating I can give - the hated it star is a bit over-top.
