1 /5 Customer: I took my ring to get it repaired. The diamond came out 3 times when they replaced it. The repair guy was so rude about something he couldn’t do. When I took my ring they told me they could repair it and they didn’t have any concerns, but when he couldn’t fix it they told me they would void my warranty on the repair even though it came out 4 days after I paid. Don’t buy from this establishment! They only want your money! Lucky I can take it somewhere else however I want ever do business with them again.

1 /5 Katrina Taylor: I bought a "one of a kind designer piece" we spent 2000 for it. Within 30 days of the purchase the entire piece fell off, it took them a week to fix it. Then not more than 30 days after that a diamond falls out! A year has past and the same middle piece fell out. Poor quality all the way around. The appraisal is fake as well the "diamonds" and the gold are all fake. We are summing up a lawsuit for fraud..
