    Cleveland Ivey: I went in to get a necklace fixed this past Monday. Both employees were friendly and I was seen as soon as I arrived. Mr. Crawford got to work on the necklace as soon as I gave it to him and had it prepared in good timing. I was not in a rush, but the wait was not long. The other associate, a young lady was very professional as well. She helped several people while I was waiting. The store itself was very nice and clean. I paid a bit less than what I expected which was very nice. I was left feeling satisfied with the quality of work and the level of professionalism. I was not at all surprised that my father recommended them. Well worth it.

    Munford Coldwater: Went in to have the Mrs.wedding ring repaired. I ask how we make sure we get her diamond back. The counter help appears to be a jewellery smob and replied "nobody wants your diamond" and added "they buy much better diamonds". While that may be true is was a very rude way to answer the question. It hurt the Mrs. feelings as we purchased it when we were first married and didnt have much money so it is very special to her. I understand Hans does very good work, but it will probably be the last time I take any thing to them and wont be purchasing anything from them.
