1 /5 Jazmins_Way: I called to get a quote and the lady who answered the phone Asked how can she help me? As soon as I told her that I wanted a quote, she said ok let me transfer you to someone else because I am really busy right now. I said ok, I waited and then she continues to say no one is answering right now so I think everyone else is busy and so am I really really busy. Why answer the phone if you’re really, really busy. I don’t think I was not important since I was not a current client.

1 /5 josselyn mandujano: I have been with this company for the past 6 years and they WERE great. Lately it is soo hard to get a hold of anyone , they always say different amounts when you are asking for quotes, then when they are super busy they say they will call you back 3 days go by and nobody gives you a call back. Their customer service has gone down terribly. I will be looking into changing companies because this place sucks.
