1 /5 Chris Sweat: Been a customer for 10 years, ever since they switched to Georgias Own I have had nothing but headaches.
Theyve canceled my debit card on 5 separate occasions in the last 3 years. Each time I was either out of town or traveling out of town. The last time was 3 days ago and it was a "mistake" on their end and there was "nothing (they) can do, sorry". Went in a few minutes ago and wasnt even given an apology in person. Just a simple eye roll and handed me my money.
No heads up, no warning, nothing. They have cost me upwards of $1k in charges from payments not being able to be processed on my card, therefore I am glad to be taking my business somewhere else.
Best advice I can give is be weary of who you bank with.
