Considering I have an anxiety disorder.. my interactions with people really matter. Thanks to Georgia Farm Bureau, I dont have to worry about having any bad interactions though. They have extremely polite and kind employees/agents. No matter what my needs have been, they have always handled them timely with a good attitude. I love Georgia Farm Bureau-Barrow County office. 1 /5 Ash: Katrina is extremely rude on the phone. Neither helpful, patient or kind. Very short with how she spoke to me and sounded annoyed that I was trying to pay my insurance over the phone. Never had this experience before but I was not pleased with this experience.

5 /5 Paul Mize: Great company. I had a house fire in 1998, and it was a total loss. Could not have asked for a better response, or a smoother transition, as we had our house rebuilt. I will never go anywhere else! Lewis Crook is the best!
