    Brian James: Our car insurance has increased this last year by a good 100 extra every 6 months for both cars with State Farm. I called Affordable in Royston spoke to a very passive aggressive woman. I called this agency in part because of there name....Affordable?...thats an outright lie. The price they quoted me was double my 6 month rate that I have with State Farm ...Absolutely Ridiculous! They claim thats the best rate and it was through Progressive insurance. Ive gotten several quotes today and no other agency has been that high. I even got another quote from a clearinghouse agency that checks several companies like Progressive and got a better rate for the same company. Makes me wonder if the quote had a huge markup so they could pocket the difference.

    Aliyah McCrary: Worst experience ever , they went up on my policy and when I asked Latryce Hudson why , she was extremely rude ! She told me calls were being recorded but She was frustrated with me , as I tried to ask about the policy and changes she kept placing me on brief holds , talking amongst herself saying "it Aint her fault : I asked to speak to a Manager she stated they werent in but would let her know . I did not trust her response and asked to the location to come up and speak with someone , she started to threaten me as if I was coming up there to say something or threaten her , hung up in my face , I called back because I was still insured with them and now she is forwarding and answering and hanging up when I call !! I will never ever recommend this company , and as a Black woman , who was never late and took pride in paying my policy with them was disgusted at the level of disrespect Ms. Hudson has ..

She left me endless voicemails to remind me (which I appreciate because of my busy lifestyle) and she was still pleasurable after not answering the phone all those times.     Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus: Update to be fair and accurate: -------------------------------------------------------------- When I was there, the man I worked with spent a lot of time to finish the paper works after getting all the details from me. I cannot exactly recall how much because again it was around 7 years ago. A rough feeling would be he spent 45 minutes and had to re-do paperwork twice due to his own errors. He was warm and friendly, however. Understand due to the high turn-over rate of insurance agents, he may very likely have stopped working there. Understand also that that was then and this is now. He may still work there and become a star-employee due to improvement. As far as I remember, you have to street park and extremely have to pay parking fees if you drive there. I got my progressive auto insurance there.
