    Meri Murphy: I am giving a 4, only because I have had SO MANY issues with this insurance company since I started with them. The customer service has been hit and miss. The odd calls about information leaves me in question. I will say the most recent incident was the worst but Porsche Kimball in the Greenbriar location may have saved you all a customer. I dont have the name of the woman who called me and left a message but she was rude not helpful and I think she was trying to get more money out of me. She may have made you all miss money as well but Porsche Kimball solved the problem that was not originally our fault.

    Jason Dalton: If you get a quote from GEICO they will charge you even if you dont finalize the quote. Then they will send it to collections even though you never got insurance with them. Then they will say they got rid of the charges but when you call they will say there was a cancellation fee. Even though you never got insurance. Then they will say that that fee was waved, but you will still be harassed by a collection company. GEICO is horrible. Stay away from them.
