We had to deal with another insurance company lately and it took me 4 days to get to a person that would help me. I called our Farm Bureaus local office and had a person on the phone immediately that was more helpful than the insurance company we were trying to file a claim with. If you see a commercial saying ____ ____ is Best, dont believe it, especially if you are trying to make a claim on one of their clients.

I did not trust her response and asked to the location to come up and speak with someone , she started to threaten me as if I was coming up there to say something or threaten her , hung up in my face , I called back because I was still insured with them and now she is forwarding and answering and hanging up when I call !! I cannot exactly recall how much because again it was around 7 years ago. A rough feeling would be he spent 45 minutes and had to re-do paperwork twice due to his own errors. He was warm and friendly, however. Understand due to the high turn-over rate of insurance agents, he may very likely have stopped working there. Understand also that that was then and this is now. He may still work there and become a star-employee due to improvement. As far as I remember, you have to street park and extremely have to pay parking fees if you drive there. I got my progressive auto insurance there.

Meri Murphy: I am giving a 4, only because I have had SO MANY issues with this insurance company since I started with them. The customer service has been hit and miss. The odd calls about information leaves me in question. I will say the most recent incident was the worst but Porsche Kimball in the Greenbriar location may have saved you all a customer. I dont have the name of the woman who called me and left a message but she was rude not helpful and I think she was trying to get more money out of me. She may have made you all miss money as well but Porsche Kimball solved the problem that was not originally our fault.
