1 /5 David Hawkins: Don’t be so desperate that you do something stupid, like pawn the title to your vehicle. By the time I’m done I will have paid 2,000$ on a 1,000$ loan. I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I was getting paid off of legal mumbo jumbo. God has a special place for people who pray on those in need.

Unknown: My experience at this school has been extremely disappointing. From the beginning, I encountered a complete lack of support and guidance. Whenever I had questions or concerns, the responses were often “I’m not sure”, “I don’t know”,or “Someone else will have to help with this” leaving me to navigate issues on my own. I was frequently passed around to different staff members, none of whom were equipped to assist me effectively, and I never received support from a dedicated student advisor. Compounding these issues, my financial aid was denied 3-4 days before the deadline on two separate occasions due to errors on their part. Despite my efforts to ensure everything was in order WEEKS in advance, I was told that nothing could be done about the mistake. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. The one class I was able to take lacked proper instruction from the professor, forcing me to rely on self-teaching and external resources. Given the $750 out-of-pocket expense, this was not worth the price. I strongly advise against enrolling at this institution. Save your time, money, and sanity.

Jd Jd: I’m funny about my banks. When I’m treated like a number at a place that has my money I get anxiety. This bank and the bank manager Ms Cindy are by far the best bank I have ever used. They call me by name when I come in there never in a bad mood or show it because we all have bad days. I have never caught a mistake not saying it’s not possible but I absolutely love banking with them.

Paloma Latrice: I was given such a hard time just to update my number while out of town. I was told the reason of theyre precaution, told her I understood and would just wait to get back in town to update my number. I was still asked personal questions such as, " why now, oh youre not in town right now, you had your account for 2months while giving me my history( which was false because money has been deposited in the account multiple of times). I was very unsatisfied that im not able to handle my personal business while being hospitalized for a month. I was told I can use MY account for my financial needs, as long as it isnt fraudulent. Hate it was a complete call run around of assumptions instead of listening to the customer. And this is conversation with a branch manager.

Charles Conley: Where do I begin.... No one answers the phone! If you leave a message, no one will call you back! Wait times in the drive thru AND lobby will be at least 20-30 minutes. God forbid something happens to your ATM card, you will wait at least two weeks to get it and thats IF they actually send it. Twice it never came and had to be ordered again!! If you and your wife share an account and you surprise her with a car (financed through Truist) you better make sure her name is on there too! Because if she is the one who handles all the bills, you will have to create your own login for her to pay the note, they will NOT link it to her login to handle it - Even though you share the account!!
