    Brandi Stanton: This is my second vehicle from sac, the second one they sold me went out in 2 days. Then they proceeded to give me another car and the engine light came on told me it was c.converter. They paid someone to fix it in piqua ohio and they took they money and did not fix the converter and the engine blew not even after 2 months of having the vehicle. They made me get a side note for like 6 thousand dollars more to get the car fixed they JUST sold me. On top of that my 17 year old son died and they had absolutely no compassion at all, couldnt even be a minute late or they would come boot the car. I would not recommend this place at all! I thought since I have went thru them before it would not be this big of a issue...life happens and these people do not care at all, they keep calling for a address I gave them 5 times already!!! And you cant even make payments online you have to actually call and I do not want to speak with these people!

    alex shah: Shame on them giving an old lady an extremely hard time. I was privy to this episode today. This nice lady was trying to wire funds to a local business and they were seemingly pushing her around for 2 days. The local business owner was trying to help her out but was being pushed around. It seems like the bank hid not have the funds to transfer so they were scrambling to get the funds and meanwhile delay the customer. I truly feel sorry for their customers.

    Aaron Bing: Fair warning, DO NOT DO TAXES WITH THIS COMPANY! I was a loyal customer for 4-5 years. Collins messed me and my wife’s last tax returns up, now we owe almost 5,000 in taxes to the IRS.And when the situation was brough to light they actually emailed us falsified documents to send to the IRS! And I have proof of it all. They will do absolutely nothing about it no matter how hard I tried. Talked to MR Collins himself several times about it, he was so rude and disrespectful about the situation and refused to do anything about it. Refused to take responsibility for his own company’s mistake. Never again will I use this company, and I’m talking all my referrals away from this company as well bc I’ve referred som many people in the past. Garbage water people work here and run this place. On top of everything they charge me and my wife 1500 dollars to file our basic taxes ! You have been warned.
