I was a loyal customer for 4-5 years. Collins messed me and my wife’s last tax returns up, now we owe almost 5,000 in taxes to the IRS.And when the situation was brough to light they actually emailed us falsified documents to send to the IRS! And I have proof of it all. They will do absolutely nothing about it no matter how hard I tried. Talked to MR Collins himself several times about it, he was so rude and disrespectful about the situation and refused to do anything about it. Refused to take responsibility for his own company’s mistake. Never again will I use this company, and I’m talking all my referrals away from this company as well bc I’ve referred som many people in the past. Garbage water people work here and run this place. On top of everything they charge me and my wife 1500 dollars to file our basic taxes ! You have been warned.
