    Elizabeth Hart: This branch is very rude and refused to release my funds even though check had completely cleared they are totally disrespectful and a disgrace to customer service .. the girl I spoke to told me the customer service # to Wells Fargo is not associated with them in turn making me think who did I just give my social to then ? Rude rude rude ! I wouldn’t even give them one star if I could ! Also will be closing my account with them . They are all over the news for scamming folks anyways.. keep your money safe and go to a different bank !

    carlos botero: Every time I try to get an agent on the phone no one is available. I have left several voice messages and no one calls back. This branch of Farm Bureau has horrible customer service. I currently have my home insured though them and I have not been able to talk with an agent since I got the original service. I have try to get quotes for my auto and a rental property, but unfortunately, they do not care about new business. I am switching to another branch. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    Tamara Lewis: Banking with them for 5+ years. Cannot get immediate replacement of bank cards. Huge deposit posted to my account in error. Good thing I am an honest person! Could not get $30 of a $1230 deposit on BB&T account same day.Ordered checks. Kept getting checks I didnt order (like 5 or 6 orders) and with the wrong account # or wrong check number...and I was charged for each one. It took a real effort to get the charges refunded... Also, I made a cash deposit one holiday weekend at the ATM. It malfunctioned only for me and gave NO record of my transaction. It cancelled the transaction, but kept my cash. I had to wait until the bank opened after the holiday to file a claim. Then I had to wait until the issue was investigated to get full access to my money, which was over $1000. The positive was the bank manager did call one of my creditors to explain why my payment was late. What is customer service if a customer cannot get the service they need? I am switching my three accounts to another bank. I have had enough.
