2 /5 Tamara Lewis: Banking with them for 5+ years. Cannot get immediate replacement of bank cards. Huge deposit posted to my account in error. Good thing I am an honest person! Could not get $30 of a $1230 deposit on BB&T account same day.Ordered checks. Kept getting checks I didnt order (like 5 or 6 orders) and with the wrong account # or wrong check number...and I was charged for each one. It took a real effort to get the charges refunded... Also, I made a cash deposit one holiday weekend at the ATM. It malfunctioned only for me and gave NO record of my transaction. It cancelled the transaction, but kept my cash. I had to wait until the bank opened after the holiday to file a claim. Then I had to wait until the issue was investigated to get full access to my money, which was over $1000.
The positive was the bank manager did call one of my creditors to explain why my payment was late.
What is customer service if a customer cannot get the service they need? I am switching my three accounts to another bank. I have had enough.
