We went to this branch, her bank, three different times to close out the account and settle the issue, but we were told the situation was under investigation and to WAIT for any calls or emails to handle the issue. Its now June, and they have racked up charges for us to pay because of the waiting. Their service sucks!!!

Dwight Jackson: Do not waste your time. I have been using this place for years with no problems. Then it all snowballed. Two or three days ago I tried to cash a check and the woman took over 20 minutes to verify and I finally got fed up and left. Then last night someone wouldnt cash my check because he didnt see me sign it? This place is a complete waste of time. Not to mention there was nothing on the window saying they have to see you sign it. Now its a problem? Maybe itll be better when they actually have real policies.
