1 /5 Kim Fitzsimons: Back in January, my daughter(17 at that time) was caught up in a scam that was not her fault. We went to this branch, her bank, three different times to close out the account and settle the issue, but we were told the situation was under investigation and to WAIT for any calls or emails to handle the issue. Its now June, and they have racked up charges for us to pay because of the waiting. Their service sucks!!!
