1 /5 Dwight Jackson: Do not waste your time. I have been using this place for years with no problems. Then it all snowballed. Two or three days ago I tried to cash a check and the woman took over 20 minutes to verify and I finally got fed up and left. Then last night someone wouldnt cash my check because he didnt see me sign it? This place is a complete waste of time. Not to mention there was nothing on the window saying they have to see you sign it. Now its a problem? Maybe itll be better when they actually have real policies.

1 /5 Jade Riles: The man working there was rude. I came up to the window and he decided to take a phone call instead. I stood there for several minutes just waiting on him to get off the phone. He then proceeds to tell me he’d charge a fee of $150 to cash my check. I don’t mind paying a fee but that’s ridiculous. I don’t cash checks regularly but if you do, I’d avoid giving these scammers your money.

5 /5 Childish Gambino: I haven’t used a check cashing place in years. However, should I ever have bank issues again like today…they will be the FIRST I call!! Only complaint is their fee but like I said, I haven’t been to a check cashing place in years. It was double what I though it’d be….HOWEVER their customer service made it worth it. The owner should open a bank, id be a customer only if he kept it family owned because his attitude (& the other employee) are the ONLY reasons I went. Love love love

I opened the account on the app in the 10 min they asked me to wait. We left before the rep was ready and did everything on the app. I JUST looked up the location for the reviews. I COMPLETELY understand why it has a 2 star rating.

Jeff Rickel: Very high pressure sales tactics, wants you to invest more money than your comfort zone felt like you should give them. Went to name calling when ask about doing a trade they didnt want to do, calling me a bottom feeder and other things. Made several thousand dollars off that trade using another broker. Did make some off their suggested investment, but not worth the constant high pressure phone calls - they called as many as 3 times a week.
