    Clarissa Childress: I was looking for more affordable auto insurance and was referred to Matt by my family members . Not only did I cut my insurance premium by 50%, but I was getting more for the cheaper price. I was also pleased that Matt didnt make me feel as if I was under pressure to make a rushed decision and he always asked what I thought about whatever he had just said. I also found him to be genuine, respectful, a good listener and a kind soul. I was so happy to call my old insurance company to cancel my policy. My only regret is that I wish I would have known about Country Financial premiums and Matt exceptional customer service skills sooner. I am so happy, I will be telling everyone I know about how pleased I am, thanks again.

    Stephen Smith: On January 2, 2025 I attempted to mobile deposit a check. The deposit was rejected on January 3, 2025 and it was request I go to a local branch to deposit. I then went to the local branch drive drive up and waited approximately 5-10 minutes after sending the check before being acknowledged, and told please wait the employee was working with another customer. Eventually, the employee told me I would have to complete a deposit slip or come into the branch. I elected to go into the branch. Where I was told they would not accept the check because it had both my name and my wifes name on it. Since her name was on it she would have to be present and sign a waiver of liability. Having never run into a situation like this, and having deposited a check two weeks prior with both names on it, I asked for clarification , but was just told it was their policy. I then contacted the corporate office to confirm if this was Delta Communitys Policy. I was told yes. I then requested a copy of the policy or policy number. The employee was not able to provide a policy or policy number. Instead she had me look up on the website a policy in regards to cashing third party checks. I advised her that the policy did not mention deposits, and appeared to be for endorsed over checks. The employee was unable to provide any information for the policy other than it took effect on July 18, 2024. Note: Both this check and the previous check was for an insurance claim. The first was for property damage which included me, my wife, and my mortgage company. This was for the same claim but for personal property damage made out to just me and my wife. Took the check to Truist and deposited it into my wifes account. I find it outrageous that one they do not accept deposits with additional payees when it is endorsed. Second that no one can find this policy, even though I was able to deposit a check of much greater value two weeks prior. Additional note: Staff was professional, just did not have the information or justification for procedure

    Vanessa Blyden: I came into the bank at 2:30pm. The teller told me that because I had numerous deposits that it might take a while for her to count the deposits. However, the ENTIRE time that I was there, she kept stopping and speaking to another employee when she was suppose to be counting my deposits. After sitting for almost 30 minutes and interrupting their conversation, I told her that I wasn’t trying to be rude; but I was getting off and needed to go. She then told me that she told me that I had a lot of deposits. I tried to keep my composure because I really wanted to say more than I said; and went and sat back down. She continued her conversation with the other person and I finally got out of the bank almost 45 minutes after I got in there. NO ONE (customer wise) was in the bank when I got there. This was the WORST experience that I have ever had at any bank institution that I have visited before. The teller was rude, and I feel like she didn’t care about my time. When a customer comes into an establishment, they expect to get in and out quickly. For them to have a conversation while I sat their and waited for them to finish their conversation was VERY unacceptable. Also, the deposits were not even large deposits, they were all small. So, there is no reason why it should have taken her that long to count them.
