    AMFB: Dixie Lynn got right on my concerns of such high payments that I just couldnt make. I had went EVERYWHERE & talked to EVERYONE I could and it was always that they couldnt help or either it was even higher payments! Not the case with Dixie, I actually thought she had got something wrong when she told me the price she got it down to. You just dont find genuine, good hearted ppl everywhere these days, but Dixie Lynn is one of those ppl I was lucky enough to run across.     Nora P: After reading the horrible reviews I put off renewing my tag until the last possible moment. I did it online last year when I first moved up here. This was a classic example of reviews misleading a person. I have been in many tag offices across several states and this office was bafar the best and easiest tag office to deal with. When I was greeted by the officer working the metal detectors it was with a smile and joking around behavior. When I got to the actual room I needed the ladies working were polite and very knowledgeable in what was needed. There were a few people in front of me and none of them were just renewing a tag. Each customer in front of me was treated with respect and their questions were answered quickly. When it was my turn it took less than 3 minutes for me to pay for my tag, get it and head out the door. Sometimes bad reviews are written for the wrong reasons. I look forward to continuing to do my business at this office.

    Alice Thelen: Discovered on our own that they had done our taxes wrong for 3 years in a row. Totally didn’t understand how to record what seemed like a basic write-off. In total, it was about an $8000 error! The real disappointment was their lack of customer service after the fact. After calls and emails, we have never received a response from the owner or any kind of refund for the so called professional fees that we paid. An apology goes a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask from them.

    Angela Kellar: Weve been trying to find a new Medicare Agent closer to Toccoa that we actually felt COMFORTABLE with, lo and behold I went to the grocery hstore and there he SAT! Went over had a few words with him and made an appointment! Right off the bat I knew I liked him and my husband would too. Hes not only gotten him signed up for Medicare but hooked me up with life insurance PLUS my daughter up with some much needed EXTRA help as well. Jim and his staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable and weve found our new AGENT! Thanks Jim!
