5 /5 Nora P: After reading the horrible reviews I put off renewing my tag until the last possible moment. I did it online last year when I first moved up here. This was a classic example of reviews misleading a person. I have been in many tag offices across several states and this office was bafar the best and easiest tag office to deal with. When I was greeted by the officer working the metal detectors it was with a smile and joking around behavior. When I got to the actual room I needed the ladies working were polite and very knowledgeable in what was needed. There were a few people in front of me and none of them were just renewing a tag. Each customer in front of me was treated with respect and their questions were answered quickly. When it was my turn it took less than 3 minutes for me to pay for my tag, get it and head out the door. Sometimes bad reviews are written for the wrong reasons. I look forward to continuing to do my business at this office.
