Alice Thelen: Discovered on our own that they had done our taxes wrong for 3 years in a row. Totally didn’t understand how to record what seemed like a basic write-off. In total, it was about an $8000 error! The real disappointment was their lack of customer service after the fact. After calls and emails, we have never received a response from the owner or any kind of refund for the so called professional fees that we paid. An apology goes a long way, but apparently that was too much to ask from them.

Matt Moran: If youre interested in a tax accountant that believes hes a lawyer or judge too then Jack Green is your man. Jack prepared my ex wife and Is taxes for many years. The moment I needed a copy of my taxes, Jack Green openly denied my request to provide them stating his knowledge of an ongoing legal dispute with my ex wife. Jack was very unprofessional on the call and seemed to inject himself as a victim stating that he didnt want to be involved. The easy solution to that is to just be an accountant and provide me with a copy of my taxes that he prepared. Instead he decided to be ugly over the phone and encourage me to get my attorney to contact him. Ill say again - if this is your type of accountant - hire him! Just dont ask for your taxes if hes wanting to play lawyer or judge instead of accountant. Maybe the Georgia State Board of Accountancy will remind him what field his license is for.
