1 /5 Sabrina: My experience was Horrible!! The customer service was nonexistent. I used them in the past for my closing 8 years ago and my lender suggested I use them for the refinance. Big Mistake!!!
The service was horrible from the initial conversation with the receptionist. The receptionist was always unprofessional. She always appeared overworked and as if they were understaffed. The conversations were always rushed and not helpful at all. The paralegal Connie wasnt helpful and never followed up with me I had to call her to get updates on my closing, find out if she received everything, and the timing of my closing. Whenever she answered the phone her tone was always as if I was annoying or bothering her. I kept thinking, you are providing a service that I am paying you for and I get treated as if you are doing it for free. Also I was only following up because I wasnt getting updates on the status of my Refinance. In the past, I worked with attorneys that called to inform me of the closing time & if they were waiting on information from the lender.
The day of the refinance was just as bad as the rest of my encounters with the staff. The receptionist was unprofessional. She never greeted me. When I walked in the door she immediately asked for my ID to make a copy. My appointment was at 9:00 AM and I had to wait until about 9:15 am as Amee sat with another client and just lollygagged. Amee never acknowledged me in the lobby. No customer service or southern hospitality!! I was assisted by another attorney, which was okay. However she was terrible too. So awful I dont recall her name. The experience was dry & she seemed to have an attitude. Again I didnt feel valued as a customer or individual. I brought my own pen for the signing(just a COVID thing) but it was the wrong color. The ones provided were awful. They made a noise whenever I used them that made me cringe. I would recommend another option like the Bic cristal ballpoint pens. They are much smoother and quieter. After having to use their pen & dealing with the evil attorney I just wanted to get the signing over. I was told I was going to be contacted when the funds were available. That never happened. I checked my account to see when the funds were deposited. I cant say it enough, they are AWFUL...
They really need training on how to provide customer service. It seems as if they dont have the basics when it comes to customer service. I will Never ever refer them & do Not plan to use them again. I wanted to share my experience because I didnt receive the excellent service that others described.
