The Law Office of Nicole L. McArthur - Jasper
Kathie K: Nicole and her assistant Chassidy were extremely helpful through my process with the court. I was able to get a favorable outcome and the office has continued to follow up with me to make sure I have everything I need or have any questions. If I needed services again, I would definitely use this office.
Hartmanlaw, LLC - Jasper
Gilbert Pena: This was our first experience with Hartman Law, LLC, and I will say that it was a great experience! Their process from escrow to closing was smooth and seamless. Ms Syndel Johnson and Ms O’Neil Anderson added a very professional experience in handling escrow and closing. Highly recommend and will use them again!
James T. Johnson, Attorney at Law - Jasper
Clarice Avery: He came to my place of work to accommodate my schedule and was very prompt and informative. My paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. He was very relatable and kind. Great service.
Landrum & Landrum - Jasper
Stephan Halasz: This is the third Attorney weve spoken with, and he truly seems to understand our needs. I look forward to working with Phillip and team!
George W. Weaver - Jasper
Henry Goodman: I met attorney Weaver at the Pickens county courthouse. I was attempting to file a quickclaim deed and was told I did not have all the required forms. Mr. Weaver overheard my conversation with the clerk and volunteered his assistance. We went to his office and he drafted the land description document which enabled me to file and not having to return to Cobb county and thus a second trip. I expressed to him that, I didnt think caring people still existed. He replied, "we are a small town full of caring people". After reading this, there should not be any doubt-- if you need legal services who to call! I thank him for reaching out to me! Henry Goodman.
Roper Injury Law - Jasper
Ready Move: I called to ask a question about an FCRA violation and found out this attorney was in another state than mine and could not help me. He did spend a lot of time on the phone with me and explain what I should do and offered sound advice. I appreciate the extra effort. He seems very caring.
Nancy Cochran Maddox, Attorney at Law, P.C. - Jasper
Clint Miller: Highly recommended. She took care of updating our will and power of attorney.
John J. Capo - Jasper
Bo Waldroup: Mr. Capo was contracted by my wife to handle a child support modification. After a $5,000 bill and $1,000 worth of mediation, we have a document that is missing necessary language and needs to be interpreted by a judge. Mr. Capo quoted several thousand dollars more to go to court to argue his faulty agreement. We made an appointment to discuss the issue and I was yelled at and disrespected by Mr. Capo. In addition to being incompetent, Mr. Capo is slovenly dressed for an attorney and is missing a front tooth. There are far more reasonably priced and professional attorneys in Pickens county.

Tyler Godfrey: Unfortunately over the years I’ve had to retain more than one attorney. Each one left me feeling like I had wasted my money. But last year I retained Ashley Carlile to represent me in a civil case. She was always open and honest with me on what she felt like my chances might be of obtaining the outcome I wanted. She never gave me false hope, but she fought hard for me. She made recommendations of things I could do that would better my chances and gave me strict guidelines of what not to do that would hurt my case. I didn’t make her job easy, but she never waivered. She remained in my corner throughout the entire process. When it was our day in court, she was a bulldog. She remembered every detail that we had discussed during preparations. She was so very thorough and matter of fact. Once she won my civil case, she suggested that we file to modify my probation from my criminal case. I didn’t think there was much hope for a positive outcome there, but she did. Thankfully I trusted her and for the first time in my life, things went my way in a criminal case. I’m so very grateful to Ashley and her staff for all the time and hard work they put in to both of my cases. Anyone needing an outstanding attorney to fight for them in court and who is upfront and honest about your chances of success, I highly recommend Ashley Carlile. Honestly, she’s the only attorney I have ever and will ever recommend.
