5 /5 Alfred DeRamus: Best Gym in Hinesville. Staff are crazy friendly always have a smile. Being greeted by name you never feel like youre just a number. Equipment is A one. Deadlifts they got it! Squat rack got it! Cables got it! You want to get cardio in got it!! Getting ready for a local meet has an area to work on your pose!! Everything to sculpt your body. Its a judgment free zone. All experience levels are welcome. Youre in the office to work and I love it. Best experience Ive had in years!!

For a local military base gym, getting in there will absolutely take you to the next level of fitness. Women safe as well, which is not something a lot of gyms offer. Love BBIH and The crew that keeps improving it for our enjoyment!
