Kris: What made me interested in pursuing a membership with Fit Life were the fitness instructors (Albert K., Chris K., & Kade W.) leading gym classes on a weekly basis, the gym equipment, friendly staff, and much more. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to better themselves physically and mentally. Great atmosphere to exercise and have fun!

Kaylas Konfections: Ive been a member going on 8 years now and the last few weeks I’ve noticed a complete shift ( and not for the better). I have been attending group X classes almost the whole time I’ve been a member ( mostly Hitt) they have gone downhill and have ran off all the good Hitt instructors. I’m super close to canceling my membership & joining crunch because for the price difference why wouldn’t you? As much as the memberships cost I feel they should at least freshen up the restrooms and some of the gym equipment… the women’s restrooms In the front and back are so dated & ran down.. I also definitely do not feel as welcomed as I used to up there, hardly anyone speaks or greets you as you walk though, if anything some staff give nasty stares. I hope they listen to the people’s needs/wants and straightened everything out to the ymca I used to know & love.

Mike R: Decent gym. Basketball courts are usually full. Workout equipment is aged but still efficient, some of the machines occasionally go out of order. The workout classes are quite enjoyable and they also offer personal trainers that can assist you in achieving your goals. The staff are mostly students, but they are still very nice and helpful

Miles, the owner, programs specifically for my goals and adjusts workouts as needed given my energy levels especially when coming in after a long work day. I appreciate the personal approach and the small class sizes and will continue to make this my gym of choice!!

Shakeria Jackson: I walk on eggshells every time i visit this place. The staff are young so there is no structure in the place at all. There are teens running all around and over kids skipping lines the arcade isn’t worth it anymore and parents leave their kids unattended as in drop them off and leave. This used to be a place where kids can jump and be free while parents relax and are able to keep a close eye on their kids now you dang near have to jump with your kids to make sure they are safe. I really wish some serious structure rules and regulations take place because this is literally about the only fun spot in the city

Melissa Hoffman: Best studio in town! Very welcoming to all sizes, shapes and experience levels. The instructors are friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed all the classes I have attended, but hot yoga is my favorite. I am especially appreciative of the lightly padded flooring since I have issues with my knees and feet. Definitely a place for everyone!
