1 /5 Virginia Pope: I bought my wedding set from Brilliant Earth in Atlanta. When the setting was completed the ring looked very fake almost like costume jewelry. I thought it might would grow on me, after 2 days, I requested a refund and customer service wouldn’t refund my money. I paid a lot for this set. $8700.00 I also took the ring to a jewelry store to see if the stone was real he told me he couldn’t find a gem number and he could sold me one fake for &40.00. The diamonds don’t sparkle. I absolutely hate this ring. I can’t sell it cause it doesn’t look real. I can’t get the company to buy it back. I will not return back as a customer. I give this company no stars. I had to give 1 star to write a review.

5 /5 Taylor Allen: My mother and I had an appointment at Brilliant Earth Avalon and met with Conner. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was a bit stressed about it but he made recommendations that ended up being my top two choices. I had a few setting I wanted pulled initially and when I tried those on he let me ponder as long as I wanted. I also did the thing where I tried on several different settings just to knock them off my list and he was a great sport. We had an amazing time and he will be getting an invitation to the wedding!

Our associate Jani was super helpful in her recommendations, was friendly, profesional, and made it a fun time. They have found a lifetime customer in us. The quality and level of service definitely speaks for itself, we are beyond happy with our purchase and experience.

Trill Green: If your best concerned is good work and customer service. These guys do good work but horrible customer service. I had them working on a pendant for me and they did not listen to what I wanted and then went and screwed the project up and said they will just redo it. I was on a time crunch for the pendant and told them to keep me updated. They are ignoring my messages and ignoring my calls and are not giving any updates on my project and now I lost $1100 cause they are ignoring me. I will not be doing another project with them because the customer service is horrible.
