Angela Haley: Do not take your business here. I have been with this company for years and yet with all their lack of knowledge I looked over time after time. Year after year I’m fed up. I made the decision to move coverage to another company. Marie has no knowledge of the cancellation policy and as a result I lost money. Marie told me everything would be fine and they still took money out of my account after the cancellation. If you sell the insurance it’s your responsibility to inform your clients of the policies and processes. I was penalized for canceling which I wasn’t told that I would be and I’m not getting a full refund and Marie told me inaccurate info on dispersement day. I thought I was leaving this company on a good note but thanks to Marie I will never entertain the idea of returning. Find you an agent that’s knowledgeable about the products they sell and not just taking your money month after month.

Patricia OKelley: Nursing home scammers. My advantage plan comes with dental insurance already and Medicaid pays. Some insurance company came around and and just meeted and greeted only. The staff said that we would get free cleanings plus a lot of other dental work later like 3 months in the future. Then here comes a bill for May and June and they only came in the Middle of May but charging for the Entire month scamming the nursing home residents and staff. The low lifes need to go out of business.

I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!
