I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!

Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported
