1 /5 Kisha Rainey: Dont know how this company got 4 stars but trying to get a quote was hell. They asked if I had previous insurance within the year and wanted the effective date or something. The guy said he had to put his brother on the line to verify information. When I got the info and called back, I never got through. I tried 30 minutes later, still no answer. Left a voice-mail, no call back. I left a voice-mail letting them know how unprofessional they are. Any real business will return calls and build clientele. I came in with a friend so he can get fingerprints and I saw a guy with long dreads who I spoke to. His voice was noticeable and I did not bother to say anything to him, but should of cursed him out. Go TO STATE FARM! THEY ARE THE BEST and have more to offer at low affordable rates

Wasn’t that bad on my end when it came to that. You have to have a little more patience with local business. He ended up getting me the best rate I could get in the end. So it was worth the wait for me. Very nice and professional.

I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!

Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up.
