J P Called for a quote Oct 3rd. Nikki said shed get back to me shortly. No response after 7 days so I called back. Nikki advised that shes waiting on carrier responses and that she would be in touch within a few days but never called. I called a third time and left a message on Oct 14th. Nikki returned the call and stated that she cannot find coverage because I had 3 claims. One of those claims was a theft that never happened, so I asked for more info. She said that shes still working on the quote but would send me the claim report so I could look into why theres a claim showing that doesnt belong to me. Today is October 22nd and I have yet to receive the claim report or a call back. Lader Insurance Group has left me in the dark throughout the entire process. The worst part is that I have no answers with regard to a potentially fraudulent theft claim under my name. RESPONSE TO OWNER PAUL: Sorry, your response is unacceptable because this runs deeper than a simple coverage denial. Its Oct 30 and your office has not followed up as stated. I have not received a formal rejection and your office was supposed to look into the false claim on my record which most likely played a role in the rejection you speak of. I belive theres a bigger problem with your agency because a concerned owner would have contacted me given given this set of circumstances. FINAL: 11/15--I think you might have editited your original response by softening it up at the end with a fake offer to speak with me, even though your company was supposed to call and never did. Unfortunately I cant prove this without a bigger investigation not worth my time. In conclusion, I was able to secure great coverage through a well-known carrier for my Auto, Home and Rental property via an agent who actually cares. Best of luck to you.

Tessa Riggins I was not pleased with the customer service. Mrs. Jennifer could use some updated customer services skills. She may have been really good at her job dealing with customer in the past but her skills are not up to par. She cut me off several times and refused to state her error. Nobody is perfect but to be rude when dealing customer everyday is unacceptable. I will be closing my policy and moving to another company. May not mean much to them but it will hurt in the long run! Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported

Regina S Progressive says that Georgia has a law that says they have to charge people $30 to exclude a driver that lives with you. It doesnt matter that the driver has their own car and their own insurance policy with another carrier. This should be illegal. Im sure a class action lawsuit will come out of this. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Manny Fresh People were helpful and friendly. They do a lot of stuff besides car insurance. They offer commercial policies and Workers compensation and General Liability insurance.

Shibby So I want to start off by giving a huge shoutout to Shay Jackson!! She is amazing!!! I got into an accident with someone who is insured with Southern Trust, and the adjuster for my case (Shay Jackson) went above and beyond to help me with my claim. I was nervous because of the one star reviews for Southern Trust in general. However, Shay was a blessing and helped me get through the process to keep my Jeep! Her actions are worthy of more than 5 stars, bc the Jeep in question Ive owned/upgraded for 13 years and has a lot of sentimental value and personal memories. She answered all my questions and I feel like she genuinely cared. As a manager I would love to have a Shay on my team! She is highly professional and personable. I am grateful for the amazing experience she has provided! Shay Jackson deserves all the praise and I hope she is recognized for her outstanding character and professionalism!

Robert Williams Firstly, Ill like to say that I give reviews on commendatory and derogatory services in which I receive. I think its important that I relay the product to you. In this case its not so good. I was struck by these peoples client in the rear in which damaged my D/S rear taillight and bumper. Police report was conducted and it clearly states their client was at fault. Their client told the Officer that she didnt see my truck it was in a blind spot. She was a very nice lady. I gets the police report and call (02/20/2025) these folks (Southern Trust) and file the claim with them. The first thing that so called adjuster (Shauna Woodard) told me was we dont go by the police report and she needs a statement from her client. What the What ! Thats the baseline of the insurance submittal the report. From day one I had the feeling these folks arent trying to fulfill their obligations. So after about a week (02/25/2025) I hadnt received no update, so I email Woodard and no response. So I started looking at reviews of this place and there it was people expressing unsatisfactory of Woodard all over Google. While reading the reviews some one mention to call Jay Buchanan the Manager of claims, so I did on 03/06/2025. He responded with hell reach out to Woodard, But didnt hear from her So today (03/12/2025 I send Buchanan another email and no reply. Then I called Woodard expecting no results and didnt get any. She told me the same as she did when I first called on 02/20/2025 that shes awaiting a statement from her client. Its been almost a month and no statement yet. In closing, She called back a couple of hours later that day and told me she has her clients statement. Ok, you got it now. Whatever ! Their outcome was that both parties were at fault (Liars). I had to wait a entire month to hear that trash of support. I must say this was the worst experience of support from a Company ever. Be aware of these folks and pray they dont have client thats in a accident with you out there fault. A Total Failure of a Insurance Company. I will make sure none of my friends and family support you in any way. Semper Fi

Kisha Rainey Dont know how this company got 4 stars but trying to get a quote was hell. They asked if I had previous insurance within the year and wanted the effective date or something. The guy said he had to put his brother on the line to verify information. When I got the info and called back, I never got through. I tried 30 minutes later, still no answer. Left a voice-mail, no call back. I left a voice-mail letting them know how unprofessional they are. Any real business will return calls and build clientele. I came in with a friend so he can get fingerprints and I saw a guy with long dreads who I spoke to. His voice was noticeable and I did not bother to say anything to him, but should of cursed him out. Go TO STATE FARM! THEY ARE THE BEST and have more to offer at low affordable rates
