OneMain Financial - Albany Siedah Ford: Once everything got verifies and in place the process was pretty smooth and quick. I felt like I got the run around a few times but I was informed that they are short-staffed and working in retail, I completely understand and appreciated just being told that. There is someone that answers the phone and cuts me off every single time I call! She wont even let you finish telling her why youre calling and THAT is very frustrating! Overall they are nice and explain the process throughly.
