5 /5 Mumbi Anderson: I love the classes at Above Barre. I have been going 3 times per week for 4 months and have noticed a smaller waist line, toned legs, arms, and thighs, and increased energy and flexibility. The real upside is that the workouts are so fun and its easy to ratchet up in skill as your strength and flexibility improves. Once I found the instructors I loved, I got addicted.
