5 /5 Liesje Smith: Fuel people are so welcoming and friendly. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need. There are a few varieties of classes, but the Hot 60 and 90 helps install a flow of routine and regularity as a baseline through most classes that is very calming to my nervous system. I like knowing what is happening in the next moment. So rare a reality in this world. I like focusing on myself in the mirror. It helps me find myself on a daily basis. I like to sweat and come out feeling cleaner. I like that there are showers available and that the place is uplifted, friendly, beautiful and clean.

Everything about Fuel feels super welcoming, so it was easy to adapt. The space is very nice, the instructors knowledgeable, and there’s enough variety of classes that there’s something for everyone at every stage of their journey. Highly recommend.

The inclusive and inviting atmosphere makes beginners like me comfortable when trying something new (and intimidating). Already have noticed changes within my mind and body in just a short few weeks. Cant wait to see the long term effects that will come with consistent practice. PLUS the lavender cold towel at the end of each class is so refreshing!
