godiva swagga Ms Mimi, the owner, is on point. She did SNS for my daughters natural nails. She was professional, timely and my babys nails were fabulous. No SNS all on the cuticles. Her prices are fair, and she did not nickel & dime for everything. I will be returning tomorrow for a manicure & pedicure for myself. I strongly suggest you make an appointment or at least call before arriving to avoid wait time, as there are only 3 workers (including Ms Mimi) and they get very busy.

Marcia Barker Mimi is the best. Always friendly and professional. I have very sensitive fingers and toes, and it never hurts. I get lots of compliments on my nails.

Tania Lambar PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Worst place ever !!! I asked for gel polish. Then the guy started doing manicure I said no manicure he starts talking in his language to the lady upfront. I got white polish still had the blue polish I came in with on the sides!!!! Told him 3 times he told to wait until he is done!!! My nails are chipped, bumps ,no polish on the corners my old polish still there!!! Told him at the end and they all just acted like they couldn’t understand!!! Never ever going back!

Earnia Jackson I went to this place yesterday after I got off work hoping to have a good experience instead it was horrible! I told the guy doing my nails that I didn’t like them because they looked fat wide and rushed the first time he said they looked wide because they were my real nails and I told him I get my real nails all the time so that’s not why then he said it’s because I had my baby in my hand and told me I shouldn’t bring him next time as if there will be a next time I left this nail shop with my hands looking worse than they did before I came in he was painting my nails fast as hell getting polish all over my hands and not once did he try to accommodate me he left my nails just like this

Paula gave a great massage and the facial I got from Janiya was by far the best I’ve had in Gwinnett. The location is clean and welcoming and the staff was beyond pleasant. Absolutely will be returning!

Ayo Osinowo I had an amazing experience at Avoir Spa. The facial was the best I’ve ever had—my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and completely rejuvenated. The Swedish massage was also incredibly thorough, relieving all my tension and leaving me completely relaxed. Epiphany Ashford Just left from here and absolutely loved the service! The space is beautiful and clean. There is serene music playing through out, even as you are walking to the front door! The staff was really nice and welcoming. I got the Take a Breath Package that includes a massage & facial. Janissa did a great job on my massage and Jania was so informative and great with my facial. I will DEFINITELY be back!

Sehreesh Vira I had a very disappointing experience. I came in on Saturday, April 26th, to get a pedicure for my birthday before my dinner celebration. After the service, my nail polish accidentally got smudged, so I returned to have it fixed. Since I was in a hurry, I left right after the touch-up and was extremely careful afterward. However, almost two hours later, my polish still wasn’t dry and ended up getting messed up again. I went back the next day, Sunday, to have my toes fixed. I was friendly and they seated me right away. The woman who started helping me removed the polish and applied a clear coat before walking away. Once it dried, she came back to paint my nails. I realized I had accidentally picked the wrong color, apologized, and asked to change it. She removed the polish but then went to assist a customer who had just walked in—leaving me waiting without explanation. The manager told me to pick another color and said she would help me. I did as asked, but after that, I was left sitting there. Three more customers came in for pedicures, and the staff, including the woman who had been helping me, immediately prioritized them. Another staff member, who had just finished with a client, also took on the new walk-ins. Meanwhile, the manager disappeared to the back and never returned to assist me. I ended up waiting over 30 minutes with no one checking on me. Frustrated and upset, I finally decided to leave. As I was walking out, the staff member asked if I was coming back, and I told her no — the service was terrible, I wasted my money coming here and I ended up going home and painting my own nails. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. They clearly do not value their customers’ time or treat them with basic courtesy, even when trying to fix their own mistakes.

Elizabeth Castillo I did pedi and mani here twice. Its close to my house. First time I loved the work. Both my nails and toes were looking were, the service was awesome too. Very friendly staff. I went yesterday again. The same gril who did my toes the first time helped me. She did again a great job with my pedicure. Unfortunately for me, a different person did my nails. She destroyed my nails after I have been working on getting them long and strong. She didnt even shape them even. Pretty much file them off completely and carelessly. When it came to applying the nail polish she kept cleaning the excess with her own nails. Which made for a dirty finish. She didnt clean, nothing. End result? Itd have been better to do them myself instead of paying for that. Plus $5 extra to remove my previous nail polish from just one of my hands, which she did with the drill machine causing my nails to break and loose strength.

Jessica Aguirre Got an excellent pedicure. But got a harrible manicure…. Lady took off my acrylic bails with force she didn’t file them down or soak them just yanked them off. Left my nails weak. When she was done with one hand I told her I wanted to soak the other ones off but she just filed them down even midway through that she started yanking them off again. Honestly I don’t even think she wants to work there because they had to call her over multipolar times. That was the first red flag. The lady doing my pedicure tho very sweet and she took her time. Even gave me some Vitnamess medicine for my cough.

Kayla Winters I’m not from the area so had no idea where to go, it was a Sunday morning and most places were closed or opened later so I stopped here and do not regret it! They were so friendly, clean and Jenny my nail tech did a great job!! She asked me exactly what I wanted and took her time. They were also the least expensive place I found and didn’t charge me extra to take off my prior set. Would definitely the locals to make this your goto for SNS.

Gabrielle Saunders Me and my boyfriend both got pedicures. His went great; his mail tech was thorough and professional. My nail tech on the other hand cut me with the cuticle nipples even though so told her she was hurting me before she made the clip into my skin. She then put hot stones on my skin directly from the heater, burning me. I was told I would be refunded for my service but received no refund or even proof of refund.

Julia Rosas Me and my sister drove around for 30 minutes and went to 4 different nail salons trying to get 2 fill-ins on short notice, and Regal Nails is the only salon that took us in, despite it almost being closing time for them. We were both completely desperate because we had a big event the next day and NEEDED them done that night, and were willing to take whatever we could get... but the women that did our nails did such an amazing job! They went above and beyond my expectations. Definitely recommend!

Diana Ramirez I went in for a pedicure today with my mom and had a little incident with the lady doing my pedicure she cut me but I told her it’s fine no big deal I’m okay but I left and it still continued to bleed and my nails weren’t even painted correctly. I still tipped well but probably won’t be coming back.

Madison Brown I am from out of state and came to this place because they were close to my hotel. They don’t understand a lot of english so it was very hard to communicate what color i wanted (they brought the wrong color 3 times). They were unorganized and laughed when they messed up my nails. Overall, my gel toes looked nice and so did my nails but it took a long time!

Lisa Lashae So, my original nail tech relocated and referred me to a nail tech by the name of Nancy. When I arrived to the salon, I told her that my old nail tech recommended her. She immediately tried to give me to another nail tech. When I said that I prefer her she proceeded to do my nail as if she didn’t want to do them. She was rough and cut me a couple of times with the drill. Her work was SLOPPY!!! I I would say that my pedicure is ALWAYS on point with Diane!!!

Janet Chittaphong First time getting my nails done here and I am very satisfied and impressed! All the staff here are very friendly and professional. Trina helped me pick out the exact gel colors for my french tips just by looking at a reference picture I gave her. Jenny did my nails and even suggested additions to add to my liking. Would come here again!

The team has a huge loyal following every-time I’m in there another customer is saying how they’ve been going for 10-15 years. It’s a great spot and you can call ahead for appointments. The owner Jenny is very customer service focused and I’m so glad they were recommended to me!

They have great customer service, they’re affordable, they are versatile, and they are quick! I recommend going to Helen for nails and Tan for pedicure, they are my go to duo and they never disappoint; their work is always amazing.

sara mcshane The pedicures were ridiculously expensive, the lady doing mine filed, nipped and polished my toes and THEN had me put my feet in the water, massaged and did all the prep steps after she already put the gel polish on... it was odd. Never seen it done in that order ...My Gel polish came off 2 days after I got it. They were nice and fixed it for me free of charge when I came back in, but it all chipped and came off about 3 days later. I wont visit again.

Andrea Rubio Do not recommend coming here unless you want to get scammed. I use to come here very frequently up until my last visit. Came in for a fill in and was charged the same price as a fresh new set. When I asked how much the total was and why the person charging me couldn’t even answer me and had to ask another the lady working there how much they charge for a fill in. These ladies are out here charging customers what they feel like charging. IF you come here make sure you ask how much is what before the service because they will gladly up charge you for no good reason. and they STILL have the audacity to ask for a tip after scamming you.

J After many years of faithful patronage, today was my last day! After seeing the roaches run around the nail shop I was over it then to top of off, the owner Lisa and her repeated unprofessional antics literally cut my finger because she wasn’t paying attention while she was fussing about another customer to one of her workers that they were treating unfairly as well and then she blamed me for it. I took a picture of my injury after she tried to bribe me and she was suddenly nervous to finish and mad. I clearly stated that it is for my protection because if I get an infection, her insurance will be paying for the doctors bill! She said I didn’t know you were so sensitive mocking me as I explained that her actions were not acceptable. When she cut me with the electric file, I jumped and looked and told her I was bleeding! She jumped up and went to the next station and grabbed nail glue and came back to me! I said, you are NOT putting glue on my cut, I’m bleeding! She grabbed my finger with her dirty hand and I pulled back in shock asking what is wrong with her!?! You don’t grab an open wound. She just became worse. I have literally watched her play with people due to HER level of comprehension not being up to parr. I’ve tried to help diffuse several situations and today was not a good day for her like many previous days over the last several years. She was busy being greedy and slid 3 walks in front of me as I just watched her try to play with my time. She had my fingers soaking in acetone for over an hour just because I’m JUST a regular who’s really nice, pays bad tips… right.. smh… Lisa literally refused to finish my nails and said because she’s not charging me, I can’t sue her for cutting me! Lisa said, “All you AMERICANS want to do is sue!” She kept ranting through the salon in English that I won’t get anything if I do sue. Really! This place is a disgrace. America is who keeps you in business, don’t forget that! We unfortunately keep patronizing people who ultimately care nothing about US but still want our money! I’m sure state board will love to pay this place a visit! Hopefully everyone is licensed. Hopefully they won’t be using the graters and razors that were banned because they sure use them on me! hopefully all the roaches will be gone and the place sanitized because as I looked around, they clean NOTHING! A chair has never been wiped down after a client EVER! I’m a previous salon owner of 8yrs and I know protocol. I had to tell my Pedicurist that there was a roach crawling on the foot stool and she knocked it off. Disgusting! Spend your money elsewhere! Sure the deals are great but who wants to deal with Roaches, an attitude mainly from the owner, stacked appointments and unprofessionalism. Not me. You shouldn’t either. I’m done. Photos have been uploaded for proof! If you do go, shake your clothes out and don’t sit anything down because the roaches are everywhere.

Tee If you accept walk- ins, please stop being rude to your customers and talk about them to the other customers. It is so unprofessional. Most businesses welcome businesses but you always turn people away. It dont cost anything to be kind to people. May God change your heart.

Lyneéah Cooper Well my nails look ok. Their service was eh. I was asking for my stilettos to be sharp and they werent doing it right. I said i wont pay for something i dont want. He threw an attitude saying we cant do my nails anymore. I also asked for color on the underside of my nail and was denied that as well. Nothing was really 5 star it doesnt look like 80 dollar work either. NAIL BROKE AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS. THIN ACRYLIC APPLICATION do not go here

Anyssa Been here 3 times 1st time I felt like they are overpriced; Overlay and gel polish… $65 normally I get a pedicure with it for 20 bucks more..oh well I live in this area now. 2nd time I got a pedicure $55 burned my foot with the hot stone and didn’t feel as soft and good later on in the bed maybe it’s their products 3rd and last time. Asked for a Fill In and gel polish. Asked to do them thick please. He finished the first hand. I said. These are not thick can you do my right hand thicker (I’ll deal with it). He said it’s going to be a full set. How. My nails are short as hell. But I just nicely said. Nevermind. Cancel the gel I’m not spending another dollar with you all I get done is charged me $30 Guess who’s acrylic chipped off. Gel polish is thicker than my acrylic nails I have to go pay for another full set now Never in my 25 years of getting my nails done thick was told they charge more Won’t be going back
