Keren Cruz Do not come here, Oki the people are nice but if u go to regular nail salon u will question there method, like the tools are so cheap and small like the stuff u buy at a dollar store a pedicure is $20 basic not worth it, and just avoid this Walmart in Athens

Sarah Behill Came to have acrylics removed and a new set. Was quoted one price over the phone and then told another higher price when I got there. I asked for a soak off of the old set and instead, he peeled them off with a nail tip...it hurt!! He removed the old set and started my nails and then he passed me on to another lady. She was so slow! She cut my thumb nails way shorter than my other nails, she had to keep applying acrylic to each nail several times, and kept fumbling around like she didnt know where her stuff was. Then, after shaping one nail, she got up and started doing another ladys manicure! I had already been there over an hour and my nails werent even almost done! I sat there for 10 more minutes. Finally I got up and walked out! Terrible service! I drove across the street to TA Nails and the guy there finished my nails completely in 15 mins! And they look so much better! I always go to LV Nails in Bethlehem. They are pricey, but theyre fast and my nails always look Amazing!!

Cierra E! Ive gone here 3 times they are nice. The two diff men did a good job. The older woman this last time did not....rippling in my polish, the tips of my french manicure polish is sloppy and already wearing off after less than a week, i like the shape she was going for but it came out a bit uneven...but she was very kind.

Paige Thomas Reilly has been doing my lashes for about 4 years now and she does amazing! She is always on time and has great energy when I go to her. She is also very accommodating and efficient with her services. Will definitely keep going to La Peche Parlor for my beauty services.

Katie Kim Bella started doing my lashes about a year ago. Truly an amazing person and a technician. She takes her time to get to know you and the type of lashes you like. My lashes always come out perfect! Would recommend Bella as your technician!

Sydney Danks Tram has been doing my nails for years! I’m always so happy with the outcome and makes such a comfortable environment for you to hang out and get pretty with! All the girls that work here are so sweet and friendly when I come in! Also it is such a pretty space!

Sophia Romano I’ve had my hair dyed/cut by Claire 3 times so far, and she is amazing! She always takes time at the beginning of the appointment to communicate your goals and what would work best for your hair. I love Coven and Claw, and I will definitely be going back!

Avery Hughes I have found my new nail tech here in Athens. The first time I saw Paige she was so kind to explain everything to me, her pricing, and all the questions I had. I always get compliments on my nails, her work is phenomenal. Her passion for doing nails shows in her work. I strongly recommend her to any of my friends who ask :)

Ashley Da I walked in on a day where they had no customers. One guy was asleep and the others were on their phones. I asked one lady if I could get a simply white acrylic set with one glitter nail…. She said no they can’t do it and literally sent me out. Very rude and unprofessional. How can you be a nail tech that doesn’t want to do nails?

Tiras Anderson Came in on Sunday morning to get an acrylic set was told it would be about an hour wait. I was totally fine with that (although looking around the salon I didn’t see anyone being services) I walked around Walmart and bought a couple things but when I came to the front to purchase those items I noticed they were closed down. Again trying to be understanding I thought it hasn’t been a full hour yet maybe they needed a break, waited the full hour 1/2 and came back in just to find they were closed for the Day

Dr. CH R Red Nails offers basic manicures and pedicures and is located in Homewood Shopping Center. The employees are friendly and helpful and the pricing for services is reasonable.

Krystal Guevara The lady was really sweet and fast. She was attentive to detail and did a really good job. The nails in total was $55, the one on the left are what I wanted and the right are my nails.

Ashley Savage I am obsessed with her nail art work she blows me away every time I go see her! I cant just go get any ordinary nails done like ever... and she has made me happy every single time I have gone to see her. Her prices for one are affordable for luxury nails! ✨️ and yes I said that right luxury nails not basic! You definitely get what you ask for everytime you go in! She will most definitely go above and beyond for you when you have specific questions and nail art.

Jessica Brown I’ve been going to US Nails and Spa since last Fall and they are the absolute best!! I’ve been to several different salons in Athens with disappointing results and customer service. Danny and Natalie and the whole crew at US Nails never disappoint! The quality of their work and customer service is beyond compare. Danny is a true artist with SNS! He did an ombré pink and white French SNS manicure for me and I got loads of compliments on it! Will definitely be going to him to get my nails done for my wedding this year!

stephanie hancock i love this place so much!!! i’m so glad i chose to go here for my first ever gel manicure. the staff are so kind and willing to work with you—i have a tendency to pick at my cuticles, so the artists were very gentle with my nails! they joke lightheartedly and create a very welcoming environment! i will definitely come here again!

Tameeka Mathis 777 I had this beautiful set done a little over a week ago. I was out of state for 5 days and in about 3-5 days the nails started lifting. I’m back in town and three are gone and one is lifting and on its way off. The tech did a lovely job with the design and I got many many compliments but the nails lifting so soon and easily was an issue for me, especially since this was a 90 dollar set NOT including the tip I left. My pedicure looks good too. I’m just not happy that I spent nearly 200 dollars total and nails that usually need a fill by week 2 lifted before it had even been a week.

H Maeve (Maeve) Nails turned out so pretty! I got that sparkly magnetic polish, where they can alter the design if you get what I mean (pics attached). It was very professional, and the lady who did them paid attention to every little detail. I’m a very nervous person so I didn’t initiate any small talk, however the styling did check in often to make sure I didn’t have any issues or problems with her work.

Kristi Rivas Had a really bad experience here for the second time. I was hoping our first experience was a fluke and decided to give this business another try, only to have a worse experience. The customer service was awful. I was yelled at when I very calmly and politely questioned why my daughter was receiving a different service than the one I requested when I checked her in. This is the second time this happened (a different service given than was initially requested) so I was very specific in what she wanted done and asked for the price upfront, only to have the same thing happen again. Then as I was paying, the same employee went over to yell at my 14 year old daughter about my question while a group of employees surrounded my daughter. When I went to intervene and ask her not to yell at my daughter and express that her behavior towards a minor was unacceptable, she began to film me with her phone. I asked her if she was filming me and if so to please stop. I also asked to speak to the owner or manager of the business only to be told they were not there and that I could send an email to the business. I also asked for the employee’s name to include in my email to the business, which they refused to provide. The whole situation left me feeling upset and very uncomfortable about what had transpired. Bad customer service and yelling at me I can handle, but for adult employees to treat a child that way seems very questionable and cause for concern. I will never use this nail salon again.

Amanda Haworth I had high hopes coming into this nail salon, as my mother had recommended it. Though her last experience had been a little rough but we chalked it up to a bad day and figured wed have a good experience this time. I was so very wrong. We made one appointment for a manicure and pedicure and another for just a manicure. When we arrive the place was packed so we didnt think much of the confusion and lack of customer service at the front desk. They were overwhelmed. After being sat at a table I spent 30 minutes being ignored, but again it was busy not the end of the world. I however became increasingly frustrated as the tech who did my nails (Dan) rushed through it. He did not even bothering to paint my entire nail, leaving unpainted sections along the sides. Being busy is not an excuse for doing a poor job. I was so over the entire thing I did not say anything to him because I just wanted to leave. Unfortunately we had to wait because the same tech did both my mothers nails and toes, despite the salon having cleared out and multiple techs just hanging out. We received an apology from the woman working the counter but it was far too late and I just want to get out of there. Poor service from the tech, coupled with a poor outcome does not leave a good taste in ones mouth. Overall Im highly dissatisfied with the whole experience and will not be returning.

Brittney Webb This place is amazing! Go get that massage or facial or whatever! Its super relaxing. Staff was awesome. Ive only been to one other spa, so I was nervous going to a new place. But it was good. Its a bit more pricy than Im used to, but honestly, I feel like it was worth it. So if youve never been or if youre having to find a new spa, this is a great one.

The Burns Family Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. If we were local I would come here often. There was snow in town and the receptionists so kindly called in advance and worked with me to change my appointment time. Would recommend to anyone needing a relaxing hour.

Blas Chaos I was there about a week ago, so pix are from a week after I had them done & they still look great! I had to wait, but it was only like 10 minutes because I didnt have an appointment. They did a fantastic job! My stiletto nails are on point & there cut PERFECT. Shop appeared to be really clean. Some of the options Are a little pricey, but the Quality was worth all the cons! I paid 55$ for a full set (acrylic) stiletto nails, w/ special polish that was 5 or 10$ extra. I left a 10$ tip. Highly recommend this salon for nails & pedicures. Stations were very clean. Im a cosmotologist & to me everything seemed good! Cleanliness & service were awesome! Thanks!

Mary Grace Smith my favorite set of all time. the girl who did them was super nice and they looked exactly how i wanted them. i asked her to match them to the shirt i’m wearing in this pic and she did it perfectly. so much better than the other places i’m the area, but i did have to bring my own file and buff for sanitation reasons.

Madison Hornsby This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. If I could give zero stars, I would. I was there for 3 hours and this was the set of nails I left with. Had a pedicure that wasn’t too bad although they do have a fairly small selection of gel colors. The lady doing my manicure made every nail a different length and thickness and took over an hour attempting to “fix” the crooked nail she made on my right hand. She didn’t start trying to fix it until I told her how crooked it was and even then she had to have another technician come over and attempt to fix it. She added more acrylic on the crooked nail four times to try to even it out but it just made the nail thicker. Each time she added more acrylic, she had to, obviously, drill it down and file it a lot. At this point, my finger is raw and bleeding, with multiple cuts, and looking worse than it originally did. She goes to put more acrylic on and I told her not to and that I just wanted it all taken off but she doesn’t listen to me and continues trying. She threw the color on and then tries to charge me full price for them. Absolutely not. Even the best nails are still garbage — thick, uneven, and she didn’t go to my cuticle with the acrylic so they already look grown out. I complained and they ended up giving me half off but I will need to go to another salon to get these fixed. What a waste of my time and money. I will never return and I highly recommend not going here.

jocelyn rock My daughter and I came very last minute - They were SO welcoming! They did an amazing job - fill in for my daughter and I had a very thorough and excellent pedicure. They were chatty and kind. ( lee did my pedicure- very good) Excellent work, and would def return. Also amazingly reasonable!!!

Carol Buckley-Breeden I go to the same tech her band is “Donna” always make my appointment before going. In the beginning even if I had an appointment I still waited up yo 30 minutes or more. But I hung in there. Donna has her hit or miss moments with her nail art designs, I usually have pics for her to use. BUT HER PEDICURES ARE ON POINT Every time. I don’t get the surcharge when paying g via credit card tho. Prices went up and you’re still charging a surcharge on cards why????

Simona Arroyo This was my first visit here. I chose this location because of the great reviews. I was greeted immediately (by a lady I assume may be the owner) The staff was very courteous. The atmosphere was very relaxing. It is a very cold day today, currently 43F at 1:00pm, and the “owner” made sure that the heat was turned on for all of our seats and on for on our water. I got the Deluxe Pedicure with gel polish. Lisa took her time getting all of my toes taken care of. Which was no small task since it had been a year since my last pedicure. Lisa continuously checked on my comfort level and the pressure of her massage on my feet and legs. She also made sure that the temp of the hot towels was perfect. All of the treatments felt so good. The gel came out perfect and I got a gift of lotion when checking out. I had taken a very long time to get a pedicure because a different salon left a bitter taste in my mouth. After being in Athens for almost two years I finally have my nail salon to call home for my toes. I am definitely recommending this location to anyone looking for a great and relaxing salon.

larrache kidd Dont come b/c this place is cheap or less crowded. First and last time coming. I dont recommend this business. I should have read the reviews before coming. Maybe if an inspection is done it will create a better business environment.

Kristen never once in my life, had a dirty pedicure(foot) rag handed to me, by the young lady, to dry my hands. out right disgusting and straight disrespectful. the floor in there is also disgusting hasn’t been swept vacuumed in who knows how long. she charged me $50 for sns, gel “french tips”.. that are uneven along with the actual nail shaping and size. disappointed in this nail “business”. do not recommend for sns or any service. this.. is what I walked out with and will never return for. bubbly, uneven, thick nails.. done by a younger lady too.. hard pass

Chris Manning We stopped in for a little self care. I like this location as they have a pedicure that has an extra 10 minute leg massage which is great when you are relaxing in the massage chair. My wife has her nails done as well and they always turn out beautiful.

Michaela Smith I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Athens in 2016! Recently this shop moved to Johns Creek this Spring. I have a full time job, am finishing up a Masters degree at the University of Georgia, AND balancing an internship, and I STILL make the drive to Johns Creek for my nails, toes and lashes twice a month! Jenny is family to me and easily one of the most stable and reliable components of my self care. Her new shop also is near a Whole Foods, Sprouts, Cake shop, Restaurants and so many other things to make a day out of! The attention to detail is amazing, and I believe you really get what you pay for.
