Kayla Cravens Not a good experience. I originally scheduled an appointment for my son and I. He’s 10 with epilepsy.On the phone call setting up I specifically asked if I could come back there at first so he’s comfortable and that wasn’t a problem that he didn’t have to sit in the waiting room by himself due to his epilepsy.what if someone doesn’t know what to do? I get there for the appointment and it’s time to go back and he’s now not aloud to go back and I’m told the front desk lady can watch him. I do get a bit of an attitude and the guy that was going to do my X-ray allows him to come back just this one time. There is a lady that freaks out after she sees him simply standing against the wall and makes us leave and does not even listen to what I have to say, the why behind it, and not to mention getting the okay before the appointment is even made. She did not give the gentleman that gave the okay in the office a chance to speak. She was extremely rude and it seemed to be more of a power trip at this point. How is it okay for me to go back with my son, but he’s not aloud to come back with me after is okay with two different people? Not to mention you cause a seen in front of my child and make him feel unwelcomed? The gentleman that was going to do my xray was decent enough to understand the why behind it and closed the door so we were able to speak like adults when I was getting a bit frustrated. The lady that caused a scene pointed at my son and had a look of disgust like he was an inconvenience. If you guys accept minors, understand and make it feel welcoming for them. Also if there is a true medical concern, be open minded and listen.

Vaneza Nicole While most of the dental staff are great, the billing and payment department has been disappointing. I was initially told that I could pay a specific amount upfront to cover the first part of my treatment and then pay the remainder at the second appointment. I was also informed that the second part would take place 2-3 months after the first visit, but it ended up being scheduled for the following week. This was a significant financial concern for me, and I was clear about needing more time between visits. It feels like they just tell you what you want to hear to get you booked, without being transparent about the actual timeline. To make matters worse, I later received a bill stating that I owed more money. I called on Thursday to request an itemized bill and was told I would receive it within 24 hours, though it typically only takes 3-4 hours. Its now Tuesday, and after following up, Im being told I need to wait another 3-4 days. It feels like they’re just trying to keep me calm by not revealing the full truth upfront. I would not recommend this practice. Instead, I suggest looking for a privately-owned practice where you might receive more transparency and honesty.

Brandon Baker Actually the worst dentist office! Went to get a tooth pulled and was told about everything except what I came in for. They made me feel very overwhelmed, and uncomfortable, and told me too much that I didnt understand. Seems they try to scare tactic you, and shame you if your teeth are imperfect. I have a severe anxiety disorder they wouldnt let my partner come back with me. They told me I needed a bone graft for a simple tooth extraction. And they would have to shave down my teeth for caps. Was actually ridiculous. There was two staff members there who were amazing. But that went out the window when yall have no regard for anyone or anything except for money. Do not go to this dentist unless you have perfect fake dentures already. Oh and for the tooth I was supposed to get pulled cuz it has an exposed nerve, they just put some puddy on it. Seriously horrible dentist office. And Seriously screw this unprofessional establishment. Yall suck! EDIT to reply to your response:. Your not sorry, you wont fix the issues because you already would have. I hope yall treat people with more understanding and respect in the future. Some really uncaring people in this establishment. All about the money and no regard for anyone.

Janice Rosene Well, after taking a dive and having to get 4 stitches in my head. I can report that Tanner emergency care took excellent care of myself and my daughter, who came to help me through this process of never having stitches before. But I will say that tanner was very professional and caring the entire time.!!!

Michael Godfrey Recently had an echo cardiogram at Tanner Medical Center/Carrollton. The whole experience from Registration Desk to leaving the exam room was excellent and very professional. My Tech, Karen explained the procedure and asked if there were any questions during the whole process. Carolyn, the IV Nurse was very professional and caring administering the IV procedure to enable Karen obtaining a better examination of the heart walls. Would recommend Tanner for this procedure.

Leslie Reeves Went to have a PFT, and my respiratory therapist was amazing. I believe his name was Brian. Before I got there I was panicked but he explained everything. I left there feeling a lot better than when I came in. Brian is the definition on excellent medical care.

Sloane Hollis We have been bringing my oldest son to Bain for about 6 months. He has had to have a lot of work done and they have been fabulous with him. They are very hospitable and kind. I mentioned being chilly and they offered me a blanket. My husband and I will definitely be coming here for ourselves.

cdonalds100 Have not been to a dentist in years and had a few things that needed to be fixed, I never seen Dr. Bain at all. They completely charge your insurance and you what they want, they messed my teeth up, the girl said she was the dr but didn’t act as so! I had a few fillings to get done and they didn’t even get the sandy part off and feel very rough, I had to go back and they acted like it was an inconvenience! The teeth they did are still very sandy feeling and rough even after going back! I wouldn’t waste my hard earned money here! They only care about the MONEY not the patient! I am out a few hundred even after insurance and still have to get teeth smoothed out somewhere else! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!! Wondering now why I had to pay $250 out of pocket when another dentist office says my insurance pays well!!!!!! You are all getting SCAMMED out of money!!!! Now I have to pay for what I had originally paid for in this office!!!!

Jesse By far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. They did the diagnosis, and when I went to billing for my treatment plan and get the payment break down they informed me my insurance “had a waiting period of 12 months” I called my insurance and they said my policy had no wait period. I informed billing and they said “they called my insurance and the treatment plan payments were correct” they quoted me $4,000 for the extraction. I called my insurance back and they said they had the record of the call from the dentist office and that the call had dropped and they never confirmed anything or even called back. I went to Carrollton oral facial surgery, they ACTUALLY called my insurance, got the correct quote and had my extraction done 2 days later and my out of pocket was $800. Bain never did even the bare minimum contacting my insurance, they argued with me back and forth telling me I was wrong and that they spoke to insurance but they never did. If I could rate them 0 stars I would. They don’t care about their patients they just want to lie to get you to pay the most out of pocket they can get. My insurance even said if they wouldn’t even contact them to get the actual correct information to find another dentist and less than 12 hours later I had an accurate quote and appointment set. I’m so completely appalled at the utter incompetence of this dentist office and their billing/insurance department. If they can’t even get your accurate insurance information how many poor souls have paid way too much out of pocket because these people are so incapable of doing their jobs.

The entire staff treated me with respect from the front office ladies to the Doctor/Dentist. I was treated for a bad toothache that needed four filings. The process was so easy and painless. They provided me with a set of very nice looking crowns after many years of having chipped front teeth. The techs did an excellent job. Rakisha I’ve had the best experience at this practice. Everyone in the office I’ve came in contact with was super nice and friendly. My Hygienist was April she did my deep cleaning and when I say she was THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! She was so kind , caring and very patient. I owe her the biggest hug ever cause not only did she do an GREAT JOB on my mouth but everything about her and her positive attitude and encouraging words put me at ease during the process. She explained everything each step of the way. 10/10 I would recommend April to anyone that comes here or that’s in the Carrollton area. Thanks so much again April for everything.

Patricia Folds Best dentist around. Reminds me of the soft spoken kind gentle dentist I went to as a child. Hygienist are the best. Mouths feels so clean when they are done. Treats your mouth as if it were his. Doesnt recommend extra fancy treatments just to pad his pockets. Keeps it simple with good care.

Clay Tucker They took me in without even having an appointment and pulled out a broken and rotting wisdom tooth. The same tooth that a different dental office refused and referred me to a facial surgeon, who then proceeded to ghost any and all calls. Truly, Bain Dental Group did an amazing job, roughly 6 days after extraction and it hasnt hurt even once. I wish I remembered the guys name who pulled the tooth, it started with an H and he was young but he did an amazing job! Ive got a good bit of dental work that still needs doing and I will definitely be going here to get it done. I highly recommend this place!

White Mrs “Melana114” When they make a billing mistake or insurance claim which violates their own contract (as verified by the insurance provider) they remain rude and combative without any acknowledgement or apology for their mistakes. I generously gave 1 star because they did finally correct the bill. Attempt to blame insurance companies for not caring about the patient - "but they do", while one has paid out thousands and the other received thousands??? Insurance rep was kind and jumped through hoops to help clarify the contractual obligation with the participating provider who was overbilling, while the providers rep is consistently arrogant, condescending and irritated at any questions or request for clarification.

Skybri I went today for my first time to get a yearly cleaning and check up . after they did everything but the cleaning I said when am I getting the Cleaning to which they responded I had to have a super deep clean which was gonna cost almost $600. When I asked, I just wanted a regular Cleaning they refused to do it. Total insanity. I’ve already called another dentist and they are gladly going to do my cleaning for me. I will never ever go back to this place . Zero stars

Josh P I had a crown put on a top tooth and there was a gap between the crown and tooth beside it. Requested for my x-rays and exam to be sent to another dentist, and was told for 2 days they would send them. They never sent the records.

Amber Cato This place was absolutely amazing. Very professional staff and calm atmosphere. They were very reassuring before and after surgery, they covered every base imaginable! They even called to check in on me days after the surgery. It just made the experience as painless as humanly possible. Very sweet and patient understanding ladies there, that helped me and gave me all the support I could ask for. Also made timely post-op appointments for the Doctor to check on the recovery progress. Covered all bases. Excellent bedside manner. Thank GOD I never have to go through that again, but if I did? I would absolutely choose them and recommend them for anyone of any age. All around superb experience, I couldnt be more satisfied! Thank you guys!!!

Trenda Bullen Even before my appointment, I called with concerns, and the team immediately put me at ease. Their kindness and attentiveness made me feel so comfortable and even excited to meet them. When I arrived, the atmosphere was calming, and once I was in the exam room, I was given clear instructions and watched a video explaining the procedure. The entire staff was so welcoming, and I cant express how incredible it felt to be truly heard and cared for—something I haven’t always experienced with other dentists in the area. I came in for five extractions feeling nervous, but their energy and kindness quickly calmed me. They took great care before the IV, and before I knew it, I was waking up in a wheelchair on the way to the car. I was worried about pain and recovery, but to my surprise, I’ve had almost no pain at all—just a mild headache—and I’m already on day three post-surgery. Dr. Joshua and his team are amazing, efficient, and truly exceptional at what they do. I wish I could leave more than one review to shout from the rooftops about how incredible this place is! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of surgery.

Calista Walters Initial experience was great! Everything was super smooth. I put a credit on my account on the initial dental plan discussed. Then we changed it and decided to wait. I was scheduled to come back the following week to finish my cleaning. The doctor was sick so they canceled my appointment. Took another week to hear back to reschedule I ask initially for a Friday they scheduled me for a Wednesday another week out. Didn’t realize that it was my dad’s death anniversary so I called to cancel and they charged me 40$ but it was free when they canceled. Then I ask about the money that’s left over on my account and apparently my initial appointment was charged to my account without any notice or communication. There was no payment the initial appointment it wasn’t discussed at all. I canceled all my future appointments and will not be back. I don’t feel comfortable with them taking money out of my account without my knowledge or consent! The office manager was getting very rude when I kept asking why no one has reached out there is no excuse why this wasn’t discussed with me the phone works two ways! And the crazy thing is had I not asked how much money was left in my account I would have never known! I will not go anywhere who thinks it’s acceptable to just take money from me without my knowledge!

I unfortunately had to go somewhere else because they are out of network and my insurance doesnt cover very much for out of network offices. If they ever do become in network I will jump ship as quickly as possible to get back.

The staff are extremely nice, helpful and tries hard to get me in to be seen fast when I need to be seen fast. All of the staff at Physicians Care Group of West Georgia are always extremely friendly !! Overall, Grade A+++

Cathy Tedford Dr. Charles Davis is a great doctor, he is Intelligent, Informative and listens to all. He has been our doctor for many years. He’s always got us well, knows right off and diagnoses correctly after throughly checking you. He ask questions . He recommends you if needed to a specialist but he’s been our specialist with his treatments, his opinions . eddy miller I am usually skeptical when seeking medical care. I have seen several Dr that just check the boxes to get you in and out. I haven’t had the opportunity to see any of the other professionals at this practice but, I can say without a doubt Dr Stuckey has been one of the best physicians I have seen! I feel more than comfortable putting my health in her hands! It’s rare to find a physician that takes the time to listen to the issues you are having and actually include you in your treatment rather than just throwing a medication at you and rushing you out. The staff has always been polite and as helpful as possible . I would highly recommend using this practice to anyone seeking healthcare.

Beth Nicolosi Brought my 17y son here for repeat strept infections, two bouts of tonsillitis and congestion that is year round. He looked up his nose and said he has allergies. I was concerned that his adenoids had grown back. He shut me down immediately stating it rarely happens. He said they will not do a tonsillectomy until he has 7 or 8 strept infections. He said the procedure is very painful and the risks of post op bleeding can be complicated. We took him to another ENT for a second opinion. They did a scope procedure right in the office - the doctor said she couldn’t even get the scope down the right side of his nose due to a severe deviated septum. When she looked on the other side she said his adenoids were huge and did Infact grow back . Tonsils were asymmetrical . They then were able to look up Pharmacy info to see how many antibiotics he has been on in the past 12 months. They really did a great job assessing, and investigating as well as including me in decisions regarding my son’s care. I didn’t get anything but two nasal sprays and told to come back in three weeks. We left feeling defeated and felt as though Dr Harper didn’t want to help us at all. Now I will say his nurse was very welcoming and really friendly. Needless to say his second opinion told us that he will need a tonsillectomy Adenoidectomy and a septoplasty. I’m so glad we went for a second opinion!!!! Stay clear of this doctor.

Kimberly Craton Visited today with my autistic son and younger 4yo son who is on the spectrum as well. We met with Dr. Harper last week who seemed nice. This week he wanted to see my eldest son to f/u & swab him for strep. HORRIBLE experience with this doctor. He wouldnt do the swab. Seemed like he couldnt be bothered. I probably shouldve prefaced this with the fact that I worked as a CMA at Wellstar ENT for many years and I have never met a doctor who was that incompetent. My son is nine years old. He gets swabbed all the time. Urgent care and his pediatric office do this often. Dr. Harper had two openings to get the swab to the back of the throat and do a figure 8 (just basic swab) and seemed flustered so didnt do it. He just couldnt be bothered. I offered to do it myself and he brushed me off. (lve swabbed him at other offices). He also yelled at my 4 year old child. I thought he SEEMED nice but lve worked with many doctors throughout the years and Dr. Harper seems young and arrogant. I would not let him treat my child or family member. So BEWARE, hes very charming but obviously ill equipped. The director called me after the "incident" to apologize or appoint us with another doctor but didnt seem too sincere. Would NOT recommend this office. I recommend going elsewhere. WellStar has great doctors who are awesome with kids.

Dorothy Lawicki I was seen by Dr LeLand Mark Gustafson today for my illness. He listened to me, examine done, treatment discussed, and off I go. He is a very reliable, caring physician. I am a staff member of another healthcare system but the one I am employed at, just doesnt care about their staff. Thank you Dr Gustafson for seeing me today.
