Courtney Mason We love our LSSM family! Both of our girls are students here. Kylie at the front desk has gone above and beyond to make sure we had the teachers and times that worked for us. Ms. Sara Beth and Ms. Sara Jean worked with our girls for their first duet and now Mr. Stephen is helping them compose their first piece. Ms. Shadiyah has been so wonderful in choosing theatrical pieces for our daughters vocal performances.

Julie Christopher I am happy to be apart of this wonderful school that put their students first. I like that the teachers encourage the students to practice and work hard in their lessons with positive rewards. The incentive programs like earning "funny" money for practicing at home, bringing books to lessons and paying attention the the teachers instruction makes learning to play an instrument fun! I would recommend this school to children and adults.

Imdat chic I recommend LSSM for everyone ages 4 - 104. If you have a love for and are curious about where you could possibly place yourself or your love ones, within the arts/music genre, allow the talented caring staff of LSSM help cultivate what’s already within you. The talented and gifted owner Valencia Giles and Mr. Giles continue to provide experiences with planned events throughout the completion of lessons that boost students confidence and enrich there lives as well as others. Watching students progress is soo exciting! It’s been a joy witnessing the growth of so many! Thank you LSSM! D. Perry!

Brittany C. Middlebrook The school was not what we thought it would be. Allowing a child to eat paint retaliating against concerned parents is endangerment, unprofessional, and gross behavior from teachers who want to make your child a problem. I totally agree with the other parents on here regarding way too many incidents. Our child has been badly bitten and bruised for weeks, and skin torn off of his eye due to another child attacking him. (The scar is still there) happened over a month ago. All of this with two or three teachers present. Staff is excuse driven and fails to protect innocent kids that have nothing to do with adult behaviors. Reports written and can’t prove what you put in the report when asked. Staff fails to communicate and avoids you as you come into the building as if you’ve done something wrong. I assure you if your child is not perfect don’t bring them here. Mrs. Yang, Ms. Smith, and Ms. Skinner. Tanisha, Before your response I emailed you an exit letter. Wish you nothing but the best, but things should have never happened staff should have been more truthful and more professional.

KAMEKO SYKES Primrose school has been a huge positive impact on my children lives. We have been here for maybe 4 months and my children actually can’t wait to go here in the mornings. They show individual interest in each child and are very in tune with field tips, tutoring and including the parents in the children’s development. They reward the kids for good behavior which creates accomplishment and accountability. We just really love this place and will continue to stay involved with Primrose!!!

Ariel Pryor I love everything about Primrose at Sugarloaf school. One of the best places I’ve ever put my kid in. I’m extremely satisfied. They definitely CARE about each and every child that walks in the building. I promise you, you will not regret it. Owner is amazing and her staff is so awesome. No complaints 10/10

Nastassia Moreno I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Tabula Rasa. As a parent, my top priority is the safety and well-being of my child, and this daycare has failed in that regard on multiple occasions. There were several incidents where it was clear that safety protocols were not followed properly, which left me feeling uneasy about leaving my child in their care. Furthermore, I was shocked by the apparent gender bias toward boys. It was evident that boys were treated differently—whether it was through disciplinary measures or activities being limited based on their gender. This type of environment is not only unfair but also detrimental to a childs development. I completely agree with these other reviews. My experience at this daycare has been just as disappointing. My son was here for a year and I felt like he learned so much being there but with all the other issues happening it just didn’t outweigh the negative. Its disheartening to see that this seems to be a recurring issue, and I hope management takes these concerns seriously to make improvements for the sake of the children and families. What’s even more shocking is the lack of support from the directors at this daycare, especially considering they’re always bragging about their “years of experience.” It seems like that experience doesn’t translate into actual leadership or care. They talk a big game, but when it comes to addressing concerns or providing any real support, they’re nowhere to be found. If they truly knew how to lead, theyd be more engaged and proactive. Its frustrating to see such a disconnect between what they claim to offer and what they actually deliver. It’s sad to see that one of the directors herself, Melissa and her family are leaving positive reviews to overshadow the negative ones. Melissa and Jennifer lack empathy and compassion. Its baffling how someone in a leadership role at a daycare can be so disconnected from the needs of both the children and the staff. Every time I’ve approached Jennifer with a concern, she’s responded with indifference, as if she couldn’t care less. Leadership in a daycare should be about support, understanding, and creating a nurturing environment, but instead, it feels cold and unwelcoming. Her inability to show any genuine concern or take any responsibility is unacceptable. It’s a shame, especially considering the position she holds. I genuinely hope they both have the day they deserve. For the sake of your childs well-being and emotional growth, I strongly advise you to seek out a more inclusive, professional, and safety-conscious daycare.

Kristen Harris As a dedicated educator with over 11 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I know what high-quality care and classroom management should look like. My son, now 3 (almost 4), attended Tabula Rasa from the time he was 2 months old. For the first two years, I felt confident that my son was loved and cared for by the teachers—most of whom, unfortunately, are no longer there. Once he transitioned into the 3-year-old classroom, everything changed. I started receiving constant calls about my son’s "behavior," with reports that were not consistent with how he acts at home. (As an educator, I understand the typical parent response of "he doesnt do that at home," but in our case, it was true.) They claimed he was “violent” and even accused him of punching teachers. I’ve never seen my son ball his fists, even now, which made me question these exaggerated reports. Both my husband and I are proactive, hands-on parents who have always prioritized our sons development and social-emotional growth. I observed him at school without bias, as I would any student in my care, and I never witnessed the behaviors they described. He displayed typical 3-year-old behaviors, but nothing resembling the aggression they reported. Curiously, these behaviors only surfaced when I wasn’t present to observe. We met with the administration and the owner to address these concerns. Prior to the meeting, the owner (whom I just met for the first time after over 3 years of my son attending TR) was unprofessional and rude during a phone call with me, though she changed her demeanor entirely in front of others during the meeting. My husband called her out on her behavior, and she offered a shallow apology. The situation took a heartbreaking turn when my son confided in us that his teachers had been pinching and hitting him. He disclosed this after another alleged "incident" where he was accused of "punching a teacher and knocking her glasses off." He was so frustrated by the constant accusations that he said, “But Dadda, she hit me!” After questioning him carefully, he revealed that this abuse had been happening for months. My worst nightmare as a mother and educator came true. When I requested to review the camera footage, they conveniently claimed the incidents happened in blind spots. It was clear they knew where to hurt children without being seen. We immediately took action: filing a police report, pressing charges, and taking our son to CHOA (Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta) for evaluation. We also involved Bright from the Start to investigate the daycare. I urge you, as someone with years of experience in this field, DO NOT send your child to Tabula Rasa. Since removing my son, he’s been attending a reputable preschool with no behavioral issues. His new teachers frequently praise him for his intelligence and good behavior. This reinforces what I already knew—he was never the problem. The problem was the abusive and toxic environment at Tabula Rasa. Please don’t take the same risk we did. Your child deserves to be safe, loved, and nurtured.

Mademoiselle Lia Tabula Rassa has been such a blessing for our family. The teachers are truly amazing!! You can tell they genuinely love the kids. The whole staff is kind, respectful, and always making sure the children are safe and happy. My son absolutely loves going there. In just a few weeks, he started speaking Spanish on top of French and English, and they helped potty train him so fast. They even do Parents Night Out, which is such a thoughtful break for us. We’re really grateful for everything they do! I highly recommend this preschool since its the BEST around!

Stacie Williams Sunshine House has been the most consistent positive experience I have had with a daycare. My kids have been at Sunshine for 2 almost 3 yrs and I have never had an issue. The director Ms. Stephanie is very accommodating and supportive of the parents as well as the children. She makes sure she knows all of the kids in her center and she spends time with them all. Both of my children adore her & have asked many times could they go visit her after school. There had been some turnover but sometimes its necessary to get the right staff in place for the kids. My son has been in each class and now he is in Pre-K with Ms. Rowe. My husband and I love the job that she and Ms. Bowen is doing with our son. He is learning so much. I feel Ms. Stephanie has done a great job finding the perfect staff for her center. The assistant director Ms. Monique completes the picture for this school. She is very attentive to the kids and helpful to all of the teachers. If there is an incident it is addressed immediately. When my son fell she called me just to let me know he had fallen but he was ok. I trust them with my children. I know the staff as well as the administration is looking out for my childrens well being. My daughter graduated from Pre-K at Sunshine House and she is always excited to back so she could see Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Monique. I greatly appreciate the love & care they have given my children. I would recommend them to any & everyone.

Sheianne Joseph My kids went to this school and when it came to billing EVERYTHING was unprofessional. Anytime I had a question, the response was "I dont know" or "Ill give you a call back today" to never hear from them again. So happy with the new place my kids attend. The teachers and ladies and the front desk were so friendly to my kids and myself but Ms. Stephanie gave me the runaround multiple times and at this point Im over it. So sad and disappointing this is the type of review I had to come and leave. If you’re going to reply the least you could do was spell my name correctly. I was told before many times that you guys will share my issue with the regional director and was still NEVER contacted so please miss me with that.

Autumn-Dawn Perry I am a current parent of this daycare that would not recommend this center for childcare. The director, Stephanie, is unprofessional and rude. As a paying customer of a franchise, I am very shocked to see reviews that also speak to her unprofessional billing policies, her misspelling of kids and parents in her center names (she constantly says my sons name wrong) and the amount of bruises our children come home with. I have reached out to the Regional Manager via phone and email and will see if I get a response. We just relocated to Lawrenceville and would love a professional, polite, and safe space for our son. Send any recommendations my way.

LotOfChedder I am very grateful for Primrose School of Lawrenceville. My daughter has been a part of the school since she was a little over a year old. She learns a lot from the teachers. They make learning a fun experience for her. She knows the Pledge of Allegiance by heart since she was 3 she is now 4. So I have a peace of mind knowing that when I drop her off she is learning good things. Staff is very kind, professional and understanding. When there is an issue Mrs Marchelle the Director is always available to help. By phone, email or the school messenger. There’s always communication. I couldn’t be happier. !Thank you for everything you do.

Thomas Levens If you’re considering placing your child in this daycare, please read this review before deciding. Let me start by saying this daycare started out decent. My baby girl started about a year ago when she was 3 months old. My wife and I toured several daycares before we chose Legacy. Our baby girl is our world and we wanted the best for her. My daughter has had between 10-15 teachers in the time she was there, along with about 5 different directors. That in itself is a red flag. The large turnover in staff has lead to several errors in communication and us feeling like we never knew who was taking care of our child. My daughter would come home weekly with diaper rashes. One rash was so severe it became blistered and we had to take her to an Urgent Care for treatment. I found myself constantly asking her teachers to apply the diaper cream that I provided during every diaper change, but it was seldom used. On multiple occasions my wife or myself would arrive to pick her up and she’d be crying while teachers are blatantly ignoring her. On one occasion specifically, I arrived to no one in the classrooms so I didn’t know where my daughter was. I asked the front desk employee where everyone was and was informed they were outside playing on the playground. I went outside and my daughter’s teacher was sitting on the slide while my daughter was standing directly in front of her crying her eyes out, obviously upset. Her teacher just sat there with her arms crossed staring at my daughter with no attempts to console her. To make matters worse, there were two other teachers standing around my daughter as well seemingly chatting with the teacher who was sitting on the slide, meaning there were three teachers letting a 14 month old baby sob right in front of them. Babies and all children for that matter require love and care. If you can’t hug or pat a child on the back while they are crying, or attempt to console them at all, childcare is not for you. A few weeks ago, several of the babies in my daughter’s class went home throwing up milk, including mine. My wife found out a few days later the teachers in her classroom thought milk could be left out on the counter all day?! All of the children were drinking spoiled milk for days. At this point, I fully believe the daycare is just hiring warm bodies to watch our children. This past Friday was my daughter’s last day at Legacy Academy. My wife arrived to find her screaming and crying while a teacher was sitting on her phone. She had a bad diaper rash (that was not there when she dropped her off) and was CLEARLY sick. Her eyes were red and puffy, she was burning up with a fever, and she had snot matted to her face. At no point during the day were we informed that she wasn’t well. My wife had to go to three different rooms to collect all of her belongings and found her sippy cup in an empty classroom with milk that had been served for lunch 6-7 hours prior still in it. My daughter’s class is only served milk at breakfast and lunch. Lunch is served around 11/12 and my daughter was picked up at 6pm. The children only drink out of the one sippy cup that we provide. Her sippy cup was filled with spoiled milk meaning she was not given anything to drink for 6-7 hours. That is NEGLECT. As my wife left, there was another parent that was visibly upset telling the director that her son would not be returning to the school. Avoid this place if you can. It’s not the daycare it once was. My wife and I met with and voiced concerns to directors and teachers and nothing ever changed. Hopefully the owner sees this and realizes new staff is needed or the current staff needs some serious training. Writing this review is worth it if I can save even one child from being treated the way my child has the last several months.

A McPherson 5 Stars! Legacy Academy Sugarloaf is hands down one of the best learning environments for young children! From the moment I enrolled my Godchild, I’ve been impressed with the care, and high-quality education they provide. The facility is always clean, safe, and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable leaving my Godchild in their hands. What truly sets this academy apart is the incredible leadership from Director Maranda Dill. She is a dedicated, compassionate, and highly experienced leader who goes above and beyond to ensure that each child is nurtured and given the tools to thrive. Her open communication and genuine concern for each family is deeply appreciated, and you can tell she really cares about the well-being and development of every student. The curriculum is well-rounded, engaging, and perfectly suited for young minds, providing the right balance between academics, social skills, and creativity. My Godchild has shown remarkable growth since joining, both academically and socially. The staff is equally amazing—each teacher is warm, knowledgeable, and committed to making learning fun and enriching. I highly recommend Legacy Academy Sugarloaf to any parent looking for a nurturing, educational environment where their child will flourish. Thank you, Maranda Dill and the entire team, for all that you do!

T S I was hesitant on putting my one and only child in daycare because I didn’t want to have to leave her. However, me choosing Seven Oaks Academy was the best decision I could’ve made. The entire staff is friendly, professional and personable. I am able to watch my daughter on their web cam throughout the day when I start to miss her. I receive pictures and videos through the day as well. I receive a weekly meal plan every week so I know what’s on the menu for the week. We enjoy holiday classroom parties and family field trips. I am also kept abreast of my child’s classroom progress with parent/teacher conferences. I am truly thankful I found this gem and would definitely recommend.

Seven Oaks Academy is an inspiration and gives excellent motivation to achieve our goals.

Lauren Fede Highly recommend! With this being our first, we were new to the Montessori experience. We’ve been blown away with the hands on care our child has received, and can truly tell how much he loves it. At only 6 months, he’s already enjoying things like washing his hands and helping to hold his bottle during feedings. He also enjoys watching and interacting with the older kids in his class. If anyone is looking for a great Montessori experience in the area, this is it :) Updating now that our son is approaching 9 months -- We continue to be blown away with the care he has been receiving at Seven Oaks. Now that he has started eating solids, they have made this such a fun and supportive experience for him. We get a weekly schedule of what food he will be given, and the staff is very accommodating if we ever have specific dietary requests. He gets a breakfast, lunch, and snack (all prepared by the onsite chef and included in the price!) His daily activities and learning materials are frequently rotated and updated to match his current stage of development, and we can tell how much he enjoys them all! Definitely happy with our experience here!

Samantha Proctor My son has been going to KCLC for about 3 months and honestly, sending him was the best decision we have made as parents. We toured about 30 different child care centers, but KCLC stood out to us from the beginning. The staff is wonderful, they adore my son and I know he is in excellent hands from the second I drop him off until when I pick him up. The price is insanely great, hours are greats for early mornings and late evenings at the office and most importantly, the communication between the teachers, the administrative team and the parents is so thorough and consistent. I dont feel like my child is just part of the school, I feel like hes part of a huge family. He will be staying at KCLC for as long as I continue to work and all of my future children will go there as well! Thank you so much to everyone at KCLC for taking such great care of my little man!

Jasmine Tallon Best Childcare Program in Lawrenceville. They really love on the children and take great care of them. They offer music, chapel, and always doing something fun with the kids. My daughter has been attending since she was 3 years old and is now 5. My one year old has been attending since 4 months old. I really love this school. They dont bend on tuition and make you pay when late and stick to the rules. Wish they were flexible and showed compassion when faced with financial struggle but overall they are great care takers.

Heather Johnson This school is literally a God send! Our son had been struggling with reading and comprehension for the last year at his previous school. I had many meetings with the prior school and while they said they would do all they could to help him they did not a single thing. My husband and I decided to search for a private school. I came across this school which just opened this summer and my husband and I, right away had a great feeling about it. I emailed the school and got a response and set up a tour for the next day. We decided by the end of the tour and talking with the director and teacher that this is definitely where we wanted our son to receive his education. Our son is happy to go to school, he comes home with full stories about what he learned or activities he is doing and that his teacher helped him if he had difficulties! As parents who spent many days stressing over trying to get our son the environment and tools he needs to succeed we have found our answer. Teachers are great, teacher to student ratio is small and everyone is involved. This is exactly what our son needed.

Lanre Ola Had a great experience with Majestic. My 8 year old participated in their summer camp and she loved it! They have a bunch of activities to keep the kids busy, to include visiting firefighters with firetrucks, gardening, and swimming. And not to mention at reasonably affordable prices. I Would definitely recommend and be going back

Natalie Cooper I don’t post many Google reviews, but felt like I needed to for Sage School. This school is a life changer, both for your dyslexic child and you. When my son started at Sage I wasnt sure if he would ever read and two years later he’s reading and thriving there and I now have no doubt he will grow into an adult, confident with his reading skills. As for the faculty, there are wonderful. They love my son, they respect him, and they value him. He is seen and nurtured—not just in reading, but throughout the day and in every subject. There is no better place on earth for my son than Sage.

FRED LAIRD Sage has been a great school for our son. The methods are sound and the execution of the curriculum has been surprisingly on point. I have had my reservations about the schools’ assessment of our son due to the fact we are paying them for results. My son has exceeded his requirements for public school by a large margin!! My only issue with Sage is that they are religious and have religious curriculum .

The curriculum is great & the teachers go the extra mile to give the children the best learning experience. The students have a science lab, they grow plants, they have custom made breakfast & lunches everyday. My son never ate school food before attending Seeds of Harvest & now he eats almost every thing they prepare. He is super engaged in learning at the school & his teacher Miss Jordan is the best! The director Dr. Dee is great & has hired the best team of people to take care of all the children, even down to the after care teachers. My son adores Joseph & he keeps the kids engaged.
