Alisa Townley We love this church. As a young family we were quickly welcomed when we originally began attending, and when we came back our second week, people remembered our names! This was a huge deal to us, and is only one example of the effort this community puts in to love on people and be the hands and feet of Jesus in Athens. We enjoy the scripture based sermons and feel like this church is one where learning more about and following Christ is the utmost intention.

Mary KB Williams Emory Pres is home to a tightly-knit, progressive congregation that welcomes everyone. The sanctuary is a beautiful, neo-gothic space that brings together the tradition of the church’s history with the modernist perspectives of the members. They also know how to have fun. :)

Kamilla Melo Great school, wonderful staff. I love this school. My two kids ( 2 and 4 years old) are learning a lot there! They speak Portuguese at home and they learning English there! I have only great memories from there. All the teachers are amazing and lovely! And the director is amazing too! I have only to thank them for the wonderful team they are!!!

Crystal Anais Absolutely beautiful. Smells lightly of incense soon as u walk in which I love. It was my first time here and the people were welcoming and friendly. The architecture is so beautiful. I would come again and again.

Jiayun Gao I love Passion so much and I’ve been attending their service every Sunday!!! The worship is absolutely uplifting, the preaches from Pastor Louie are inspiring and they have very diverse program such as Bloom, Grove etc. I encourage everyone to check it out!

Katrina Artison I’ve been a member of this church all my life, literally since I was in diapers lol. I currently sing on our praise time, where the worship is always on point. Our Pastor and his family are awesome. When you enter our church you feel God’s presence and we make you feel like family. Sharian Floyd-Montford If you are looking for the unadulterated word of God, come to Atlanta Chapel Hill Church, with Pastor Jamal & Tamika Baker.it is awesome. You will be full of the word when you leave. Worship is awesome as well with Vernon & Felice Messam and the anointed praise team. The people there are genuine and loving when you are greeted at the door, going in and coming out. The spirit of God is in this place I tell you.

Sean Laing A Disappointing First Visit to Impact Church I had high hopes for my first visit to Impact Church, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. I arrived in the middle of the 11 AM service and stayed for the final service, yet at no point did I feel particularly welcomed as a first-time visitor. There didn’t seem to be a dedicated hospitality team actively looking to greet newcomers, which made the experience feel impersonal. When I stopped by the first-time visitor table, the person there was more engaged with her phone than with making guests feel at home. She briefly directed me to scan a QR code to submit my information before handing me a visitor gift voucher—no real effort to connect, just a transaction. The voucher itself was underwhelming. It was for a free drink at the café, but it wasn’t made clear that it only covered a small coffee or tea, not any of their premium drink options. If you’re going to extend a gesture of hospitality, it should feel intentional and generous—not restricted and lackluster. Ironically, the sermon that day was about generosity, yet my experience as a first-time visitor felt like the opposite. Overall, the lack of warmth and engagement left me feeling like just another face in the crowd rather than a valued guest. This just wasn’t the atmosphere I was hoping to find in a church.

Grace Kalu Such a warm and friendly church rooted on the foundation of Jesus. Have been going here since last July 2023 and I love it so far. This was my first year attending on Easter and I cherish the kingdom of God so much. I’ve learned so much from Pastor Mo and Kendra! God is really using them as vessels for his kingdom! My small group is amazing and I’ve started serving too which makes my experience better! I would recommend any of the victory campus as all are great!

Katherine E I’ve been looking for a new church and a girlfriend invited me to Grace. It had easy/free parking, short walk to church, intimate/small community, free coffee which they serve in real mugs, music was unreal. Things I felt could have been better - sermon didn’t feel well prepared, went over an hour (that’s the Catholic in me). There’s no such thing as a perfect church meaning a church that has everything a person wants but overall, I will definitely go back. Music is the most important thing to me and this place was phenomenal. From the voices to the audience set up around the stage to less common songs - highly recommend giving them a shot! Young crowd and not a ton of kids.

Michelle Bartlett My wife and I have been at our church over a year. We have had , and are still having a wonderful experience. Our bishop and First G treat us like family. This place of worship is for everyone. We all are loved and respected. And the word that comes from our Bishop, pastors, and Ministers are awesome. You should be here.
