1 /5 Sean Laing: A Disappointing First Visit to Impact Church I had high hopes for my first visit to Impact Church, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. I arrived in the middle of the 11 AM service and stayed for the final service, yet at no point did I feel particularly welcomed as a first-time visitor. There didn’t seem to be a dedicated hospitality team actively looking to greet newcomers, which made the experience feel impersonal. When I stopped by the first-time visitor table, the person there was more engaged with her phone than with making guests feel at home. She briefly directed me to scan a QR code to submit my information before handing me a visitor gift voucher—no real effort to connect, just a transaction. The voucher itself was underwhelming. It was for a free drink at the café, but it wasn’t made clear that it only covered a small coffee or tea, not any of their premium drink options. If you’re going to extend a gesture of hospitality, it should feel intentional and generous—not restricted and lackluster. Ironically, the sermon that day was about generosity, yet my experience as a first-time visitor felt like the opposite. Overall, the lack of warmth and engagement left me feeling like just another face in the crowd rather than a valued guest. This just wasn’t the atmosphere I was hoping to find in a church.

Spacious, 4 HUGE TV Screens, good sound, good size stage, soft seats, nice flooring, space in lobby for vendors, nice decor, very clean restroom facility, large free parking lot, A+ service. Great place to host events such as weddings, stage plays, etc. Call Impact Center to book your next event!

5 /5 NOTHING LIKE IT EVENTS LLC: Beautiful church that doubles as a wonderful event center with an awesome staff also!! We had the pleasure of doing a 70th bday celebration here and look forward to working with this center again!!

5 /5 T. Breeze: Impact is consistently creative in its delivery of lessons and messages in its worship service. With the founding pastor leaving and the disruption from the pandemic, the experience has changed a little — but only in that you hear different voices and see different faces. Post-pandemic, the community at Impact has remained warm and welcoming. The experience has remained enriching, innovative, (at times) humorous and fun. Im glad I returned. Even when I dont make it in person or Im traveling out of town, Impact continues to offer live streaming. Its useful because theyll have themes, stories and lessons that are continuous over several weeks. Its just outstanding.

5 /5 Calpernia Hines: Wonderful staff. This church doubles as a venue hall with several different spaces that are very nice. Nothing Like It Events looks forward to using their building again!!
