Crimson Knight Just wanted to share our awesome experience with Kay Jewelers. Went in during a very busy time looking for the perfect ring I’ve always wanted. Martin was amazing! He was so patient, showing us ring after ring until I found the perfect set even though the store was so busy. Please make sure he gets ALL the credit!!

Jessica is very attentive and receptive. I can come in with a general idea of what I want and she can match me with the jewelry I need! I am never in doubt when it comes to the quality of any of the jewelry that I purchase there. Each piece is always durable and never tarnishes. The prices of the pieces of jewelry are more than reasonable. As for repairs, I would go no where else. Gladys has an eye for detail that comforts me. Her craftsmanship is always excellent. Rebecca M. R. I’ve been shopping at Francesca’s for over 10 years and I love the selection and vibe of their stores. I’ve been to this location a few times and for the most part they have been positive experiences until today. Today, when I went in, the sales associate seemed nice and asked me once if I needed help. We spoke for a moment and I continued shopping, but it felt like she was following me around the boutique. It’s not a big store but it seemed like she just happened to be “tidying things up” at every jewelry counter I was standing at. So I decided to leave my chosen jewelry at the register while I shopped, hopefully calming any thoughts of hers that I might be shoplifting. When I went to check out, she scanned everything, gave me my total and then just threw all my necklaces inside the plastic bag. Every time I’ve ever shopped here, everything has always always always been wrapped in tissue paper to protect the jewelry. So I said excuse me can I have tissue paper please, these are going to tangle. She said sure and just handed me the paper. So I stood at the counter and tried to wrap the jewelry myself. By the time I got home, all of my necklaces were tangled in a big ball. Safe to say, I was pretty annoyed and never had any other associate ever not wrap my items. I really want to bring the tangled ball back and return those items as is.

Erica Edmond They are amazing, pawned my iPad for about 4 months. The gentleman even gave me a little extra for it having a keyboard case (didn’t expect that, but I was so thankful.) the 4 months my iPad was there, everyone that work there made everything easy, they even have an app where you can pay and communicate with them…. And they respond in a timely matter. I love this place .

Kim24426 I visited with Michael today and thoroughly enjoyed viewing / learning about the jewelry they had to offer! The selection was very very nice! He was very patient with me (new gemstone enthusiast) I was ecstatic to learn he is a legit gemologist. He shared a few insights with me and I chose this gorgeous natural Opal & 14K Gold pendant as my new treasure. I will be back for sure to visit again!

margaret Leary About 18 months ago, before Covid upset everyones routine, I went into CR Rader Jewelers to see if someone could help enclose a lock of hair into an old gold locket. It was a tricky fit, and I had unsuccessfully visited a number of shops previously. The man (Mr. Rader?) behind the counter spent at least an hour trying various tools and tactics until he was successful. I did not know the shop or man who rescued me, but he solved my long-standing problem. The cost? Nothing - despite my attempts to at least pay for his time. His was a courtly gesture and greatly appreciated. In my estimation, CR Rader Jewelers rates highly.

I had to get a last minute gift and they were very easy to work with even with the rush order. I love the different pieces of jewelry the have and they monogram so many things!!!
