Their failure to request banking information & provide money transfer in a timely manor. The failure to confirm send date of check & only after the fact realize delay for Holiday. Then NOT OVERNIGHTING MORNING DELIVERY. My tracking still shows the package is NOT physically on the way.

Matthew and Misty Hawley First the day of the closing, they didn’t even have their mail away packet from the buyer, then we were told we didn’t need a check for the wire transfer ( they already had the money in their account the past Friday) when we called to advise we were sending a revised copy they refused to accept it and accused my wife of attempting wire fraud! Then they charged us a overnight fee to send a paper check and we didn’t get the overnight package till two days! I have had 8-10 closing and this was by far the worst!

Julia Wilson Spent 6+ months trying to get what we were told was a “very simple” quit claim deed done and literally called this place twice a week for SIX MONTHS and never got a returned phone call. We were only trying to use them because they were the ones that helped us with our purchase initially and missed that a piece of land was not included. We called another law firm in the area and they were able to help us in 4 days (with NO record of the original sale in their files). Very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness/service from this company. When we worked with them they were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed their company but you can’t run a successful business without answering the phone.
