1 /5 Julia Wilson: Spent 6+ months trying to get what we were told was a “very simple” quit claim deed done and literally called this place twice a week for SIX MONTHS and never got a returned phone call. We were only trying to use them because they were the ones that helped us with our purchase initially and missed that a piece of land was not included. We called another law firm in the area and they were able to help us in 4 days (with NO record of the original sale in their files). Very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness/service from this company. When we worked with them they were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed their company but you can’t run a successful business without answering the phone.
