Wear Me Again - Carrollton (GA)

1 /5 Lauren Holcombe: Let me just say I have been taking clothes to wear me again and buying clothes since around the time I was in college certainly since before I was married which has been 10 years and I have always loved them and never had any issues until today. I started at the Bremen location. In those 10 years no one has ever updated me on there “guidelines” I have always brought in good quality stuff.. they did find a few pieces that had some stains I missed and this I understand. It was like they just stopped there, but I’ve never gotten a letter or pamphlet in 10 years stating this is what we want now and so today they returned almost 4 bags and took away my preferred status and said now everything I bring in they will have to go through. This is almost not worth bringing clothes there anymore and just very disappointing for a long time customer. Below are pictures of just a few items that were returned to me.

1 /5 Tori Lepley: Unfortunately, things have just changed at this location.. I seriously love your stores so much. We visit all locations very often. The store itself is fine. The employees are not as kind as they used to be. It will take me a long time to set foot in this store again after my last interaction with an employee. Stores need to be made more accessible for moms. Carts with seats would make a world of difference. Edit to add: I wasn’t going to go into details about the incident. While I understand the safety concerns, it is posted no where in the store we can not have our kids in the carts. My daughter is two. It is my discretion what I do with my child. We have a stroller, but my daughter just so happens to enjoy being in the cart. We do this every time we come into one of your stores. My daughter wasn’t being disruptive or jumping around. She stood a couple of times. I had the handle of the cart in my hand while pushed up against my body in your store. Your employee shouted from behind the counter while I was browsing the shorts, and made me feel very uncomfortable with a store full of people. We have even had discussions with other employees about having my daughter in the cart in the past. They made comments like “she really is having fun in there”, and “so cute mama”. Bottom line, if you’re not going to allow something it needs to be posted. Don’t raise your voice at a mom just trying to enjoy some shopping time with her toddler. Your employees used to be very accommodating and kind. I’ve noticed at this store and others, your employees are not that way anymore and you should be able to see that from previous comments as well. We will not be shopping with you guys again until things change unfortunately or unless by some chance I can shop alone. Your store is just not setup well for moms.

2 /5 Dhayna Portillo: Clothing is decently priced and I’ve always enjoyed my experience at this location until 06/21/2025. I was getting ready for checkout (I only had one item) and the older taller and brown haired lady was just standing there after already had checked out the two people in front of me and when I went in front of her, she told me that I was cutting in line and needed to go back and wait. Keep in mind, she had already checked two other previous guest the exact same way I was trying to do and I guess decided that she didn’t want to check me out. Horrible attitude and had a stank face the entire time we were interacting, hoping she definitely rethinks how she interacts with other women.

1 /5 Marvin Rue: I wanted to purchase tennis shoes during sale of everything off in store, and they stated it wasnt part of the sale after all. With that impression I never again may step into the store.
