5 /5 Aubrey Jones: I order 3 items for my fiancé and unfortunately 2 of the shirts didn’t fit correctly. After calling the store to exchange the items for smaller sizes they immediately sent me a return label. There was a mixup and the package sat there for a little while (which I was completely understanding of!) after calling again they were able to find my package and exchange the items. Unfortunately one of the items was no longer available so I was able to switch it for the long sleeve version. After receiving my items back they also added in a t-shirt as an I’m sorry! Absolutely amazing customer service and what an amazing store! Highly recommend them and will be buying everything for Christmas from them!
