5 /5 Bob Tedford: I had an item pick up in the Customer pick up lanes outside the store and Ava brought my item out and she was great. Had a good personality and I really appreciated her attitude. I give her a 5 star.

1 /5 C Hairston: Drove from Douglasville to purchase an Avanti Christmas bath rug. Asked the sales associate if they price match with other major stores. She asked another sales associate then told me No, they do not. I didnt think to ck the website at the time. I did when I got home. Belk does price match!!! Whyyyy???

4 /5 Shelia Mckinley: Lots of sales going on but no better than before Christmas. Still expensive. When a dress is 50 percent off but regular price is over a hundred.

5 /5 Jane Adams: The staff is so friendly and helpful. The prices and selection are great. If you see something and they dont have your size they can order and ship to your house.

5 /5 Tammy Kelly: This Belk is always pleasant to go to ...its very relaxed not overly cramped woth merchandise , things are nicely in order and staff is very nice its always a pleasure coming yo this store. I have no complaints about it and I am a person who is very straight up and honest if I am dissatisfied with a place I am outspoken enough to let them know things that they can improve on.
