Walmart Supercenter - Gainesville (GA)

5 /5 David Little: This morning, I spent some time in the Gainesville Walmart. The store was very organized and clean. The renovations are speaking for themselves. I was able to easily find what I needed.

2 /5 Bianca Worley: Its always a busy place but we always find what we need. What bothers me about this store is the price tags for everything is either missing or wrong, mostly missing or its not in the right place. People are obviously on a budget if they are at Walmart and pricing is important for a lot of folks so I think you guys should really step your game up considering you always have a ton of employees on the clock and with that being said you should always have atleast one human cashier working, for people with babies, the elderly and disabled people. The last two times going to this store and asking for assistance there was a language barrier so it is pointless to have workers who can not even communicate with your customers or maybe let those employees not where a blue vest so customers will not approach them. We all have a right to work but if you have a business in America you should make sure your employees can communicate with your customers for proper customer service.

1 /5 James Moore: I would put 0 if I could just but a paintball gun and canister from Walmart. Then, I go to fill the tank and they literally cant be filled. Anywhere in the state of Georgia as they are obsolete. So I go to return said items and the accessories. Since none of it can be used. And now they want to talk about some policy that doesnt exist for the tank itself. Just for quote, air, guns and rifles. However, I cant use any of the product.Therefore, I should have a refund.I was kicked out of the store.

1 /5 Luis Carpio: This morning’s experience at Walmart was very disappointing. The lady working at customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. I approached with a simple question and was met with a bad attitude, dismissive responses, and zero effort to help. Customer service should be exactly that—service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Walmart really needs to do better with training and accountability at the customer service desk.

5 /5 America Correa: I usually do curbside pickup since its more convenient with kids. Ive seen the same handful of employees putting my groceries in the trunk and theyve all been so nice and pleasant! Today Kira gave me a goodie bag with different products. Thank you Kira for always being so kind!
